Martin did a fantastic job providing me clarity to the issue with a leaky toilet - along with a variety of options for repairs/costs. He was pleasant to work with and even wore covers on his shoes (something no plumber has done before) which was greatly appreciated. He took his time and did a thorough job. As a young professional female with zero experience with plumbing issues; I felt he gave a fair price and guaranteed the work. He didn’t leave a nasty mess in my bathroom like previous plumbers and even cleaned the floor where he worked. I honestly wish I went with them the first time instead of using a cheaper plumber who didn’t guarantee the work (leak came back a week later with a previous repair). Martin was awesome and I can’t recommend him enough.

I recently moved into a new home and noticed that there was water damage in the bathroom close to the shower. My base boards were starting to warp as well as spots on the wall. I was in panic mode and called numerous companies to see if they could come out soon, as this was our only bathroom. Panther plumbing sent someone out asap. The plumber, Michael Poss, came in and immediately starting working to find out what the issue was. He was very genuine, understanding and helpful! I am beyond grateful that he came out and fixed the problem!

The technicians, Allen and Jeremiah, were professional, courteous and friendly. I am very satisfied with their service in replacing a water heater in my home.

I had a freeze break in a pipe that cost $1500 and three separate trips to fix. It just didn't feel like they really cared about doing the job right the first time, or working with me to make things right in the end. It was all about bottom line, squeezing every penny they could out of a vulnerable customer, and certainly didn't care about consumer loyalty. Since I was told their work is covered, I continued using them to fix the problem, but the costs kept mounting after each visit. The manager, Steve, constantly interrupted me, and was very dismissive when we tried to work out a resolution. First and last time using Peach Plumbing & Drain.
