Best Sewer Service in Atlanta GA

I have tried several unsuccessful time to have the plumber return to my home to adjust the tub fixture so that I can get HOT water. The 'arm' that was replaced does not rotate completely to the left to access the hot water. No one will call me back, no one will address the issue, no one will honor their mission statement. I am truly disappointed. This is my next step, hopefully I will not have to go further.

The Good: Technician was professional and arrived on time and was able to successfully complete the job.

The Bad: The company uses flat rate pricing, but the flat rate is not available on their website and they are unable to give any description of how charges are calculated. I was in a bind with no hot water due to cold water flowing backwards through my homes recirculation line. Bison took the opportunity to charge a hefty fee for a 1 hour job since they knew I didn't have much of a choice.

To change out a faulty check valve (that they had installed a few years prior) I was charged $675. This was with a repeat customer discount that brought the total down from close to $900. They stated that this is in line with others in the industry, but you can get a better combination of quality and price elsewhere. I certainly will not be using Bison again.

The Tech did a great job providing the required service of removing the sewer from the septic.Showed exceptional professionalism and gave me information on how to extend the life of my septic. I am only given 4 STARS because they fail to completely cover and flush the lid against the septic when closing, thus providing an entry point for roots to enter the septic in the future.Other than that minor flaw, I will recommend Delta Plumbing to anyone who need these type of service.

Inquired about a couple of plumbing issues I had and within 5 minutes I had a reply. Said they needed to see the problem areas to give an accurate estimate. Within a few hours they were at my house, determined the repair options and set an appointment within 24 hours to do the repairs. They should up on time, completed the repairs and all on time and under original estimate.
The experience was a pleasure and my confidence in them was a 10. I will definitely be keepong them on file for all future plumbing repairs I will need. You can't go wrong with A-Plus Priority Plumbing!

This was the worst plumbing/ customer service I have ever experienced. We had a leak at our house and called these guys over. When they arrived, we asked them for an estimate. They told us that it would be around 400-500 to look for the leak and the repair cost may vary depending on the size of the leak. They spent a total of 5 hours at the house and fixed a small leak under the bathroom sink. After they finished, they billed us for $3000. We thought it was a completely ludicrous amount for 5 hours of work. When we asked what the bill was for, the owner of the company, Mike, told us that he paid his plumbers $250 per hour per person. I felt as though he was scamming us. When we refused to pay that amount, he told us that it's coming out of the insurance's pocket anyways, so it didn't matter how much they charged. They were extremely rude and began threatening us. We ended up settling for a lesser amount although we still overpaid. When we called back a few days later to get the itemized invoice for our insurance, the secretary hung up the phone as soon as she heard our name. She refused to let us talk to the owner and became extremely hostile towards us. In the end, we never got our itemized invoice. This was hands down the worst customer service I have ever received.

I've never had a bad experience! Always responsive and quality work. I've used them for everything from inside pipe leaks, pipe leaks outside with digging involved to clog leaks. They've always been able to diagnose and fix the issue. Highly recommend!
