They replaced our entire water line and did it quickly so that we could stop our huge water bills. They did a great job for us and I will continue to call them for any plumbing issues.

I called them about 11:00 am on. Saturday, Chris was at my house before noon. He fixes 2 issues quickly and at a reasonable price - he didn't have to run to the store, he didn't have to take any calls while he worked. He knew exactly what to do and and he did it. Very pleased.

As usual Reggie hit it out of the park. On a 1957 house with copper, galvanized pipe, PVC, and cast iron, he got the job done on time and at a reasonable price.

The first time they came out to replace two faucets we had purchased. Shortly afterwards one came loose from the counter and one stopped working correctly because a cartridge wasn't installed properly. On their second trip they corrected both faucets and also replaced a toilet which was leaking. I was only charged for the toilet on the second trip. Everything seems to be working properly. I would give them the benefit of the doubt and use them again if I have a plumbing need. They were punctual and professional each time and it's not that you make a mistake but how you respond which counts most. They responded quickly and made things right. I wasn't offered a discount for the second trip but wasn't asked to pay anything for redoing the faucets either.

Tub started to leak David S came right away and fixed the problem. Excellent service.

David Sharpe and Mike Smith did an excellent job installing our air conditioning system.They were very professional and skilled at their job.Leverne our sales rep did a great job as well with suggestions for improving our system to run more efficiently.Through out this process everyone associated with Estes did an excellent job, they exceeded our expectations.
