Mr. Scott I. replaced the cartridge in our shower. He had to find the replacement cartridge (Thank God he was able to find it). Once he found it , he replaced it. I would recommend Delta plumbing and Mr. Scott I. Thank you again Mr. Scott I.!

My gas line from the meter to the house had a leak where it went under ground and into the house. Ray and his team rerouted it so everything was above ground and did an excellent job. They were also very helpful in answering any questions and really educated me on what they were doing. I will definitely call A Plus Priority Plumbing again for future needs.

We called Roto-Rooter today after having a poor experience with a few other companies over the past few days. We had a clog in our main sewage line out to our septic tank. We explained everything on the phone and got a good vibe from the scheduling agent. Rob met us on-site and began asking questions before just jumping in. After collecting the info he needed, he started explaining what he could do to troubleshoot the issue and eventually resolve it. He broke down the costs and made a professional recommendation. Rob was training an apprentice during the service which I thought was really cool. People, we need more folks in trades! Rob explained every step of the process but still was very efficient with his time. He was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. I’ve never had such a great experience with a professional plumber. I hope this helps someone out there but remember to b courteous to people in the trade industry, it’s a lot of difficult work that most people don’t have the gumption to deal with. Having someone do it with passion, and excitement was quite rare.

The first time they came out to replace two faucets we had purchased. Shortly afterwards one came loose from the counter and one stopped working correctly because a cartridge wasn't installed properly. On their second trip they corrected both faucets and also replaced a toilet which was leaking. I was only charged for the toilet on the second trip. Everything seems to be working properly. I would give them the benefit of the doubt and use them again if I have a plumbing need. They were punctual and professional each time and it's not that you make a mistake but how you respond which counts most. They responded quickly and made things right. I wasn't offered a discount for the second trip but wasn't asked to pay anything for redoing the faucets either.

David S. came out to fix a leak in our pipes and fixed a couple other things while he was out here. He was professional and thorough.

This company is fantastic. Paul Taylor and his associate, Barry, were professional, on time, and did a great job. Highly recommended. I have used them many times and have had nothing but satisfactory experiences.
