Always appreciate when people show up when they say they’ll show up. What I usually hear from other companies is “I’ll be there some time between 9am-5pm” and half the time they don’t even make that window and I’ve already taken the day off work. Atlantis gave me a two hour window and even called to see if an earlier time slot would be more convenient because they had an opening. David also called 30min out to let me know he was on the way and took care of everything quickly and easily once he got here.I’ve used Atlantis for commercial plumbing installation, residential repairs when I bought a house with some shady piping, and for a couple quick fixes since then. The employees have always been great, and have even done work without charging me. Shout out to David for being super helpful this most recent time. I’ve never had any reason to call anyone else, Atlantis is the go-to

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.
