Dependable plumbing and great service.

We called for leak detection and the plumber visually inspected shower area and under the house in the crawl space. He did not seewater leak or damage so assumed it to be a grout issue- charged us $85-**Update-Chet came back within a few hours because he wanted to do more tests with water pan and further investigate. He went in another direction in our crawl space to get under the shower and found that the shower pan was, in fact, leaking. I really appreciate his thoroughness with this issue!!

Matt responded to my call very quickly and arrived at the time he said he would be at my house. He did great work at a reasonable price.

Will not be using Royal Flush again. I hire plumbers often for residential jobs all over the city, and have a pretty good idea of the ballpark range of most repairs. Royal Flush's fees were significantly higher than what I've experienced in the past. On top of that, no portion of the exorbitant service call/diagnostic fee was applied towards the work done, even though they said they'd apply half of it. The quoted cost changed multiple times as well, and when part of the repair could not be completed, somehow the final cost went up. Lesson learned, I'll be sticking with the other, better services out there.

On the 'pro' side, the plumber was on time... So there's that.

Patrick and Aaron from the Building Performance division of Estes came and repaired our walls following the replacement and move of our electrical breaker box. They both were very professional with the service provided. The repairs were so well done that it was difficult to determine where the repairs were made. They even cleaned up when finished. Eddy repaired several things at my mothers house in Jonesboro and I'm extremely happy with how much he accomplished and bringing some of the old things in the house to a better and working condition. House was built in 1964 so he had his work cut out for him and he made it happen at a very affordable cost. I don't live that close to my mom's house and found them on the internet. So glad I found them. The office lady was very nice but seemed a little distracted so don't let that keep you from using their company. Ha! I hate to mention that but I almost canceled and glad i did not. I used Eddy and he's very knowledgeable!
