I spoke with some one set up my appointment and never heard back from anyone from this company again! I called 20x looking for the service technician once I seen my appointment window had expired but no one answered and the next business day I have still yet to hear from them even tho I’ve went with a more replicable company and received service they don’t know that! David was on time, friendly, and did a great job! I needed a gas stub put in a new/old home I purchased for my oven, and he was very helpful. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home. They are my go-to plumber now, and I will request David every single time.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

I have used Tim and his team for a number of jobs over the past 2 years. Hot water heater replacement, repairing leaking drain and stuck shutoff valves, and recently a new gas line. They are responsive, reliable, and always give a fair price. Tim will always be my first call anytime I need plumbing work done.

Mr Davis responded to my urgent call to get my shower pipe fixed and in the process found a few other things that had to get resolved. He was extremely quick and effective and very fair with the price. He’s very knowledgeable and made the whole experience super painless! I was recommended to use this company last week so I was excited to work with them and have my plumbing issues fixed! First off, they showed up without any prior information and didn’t have the equipment to do the work that I called them for. Secondly, the woman who answers the phone quoted me an assessment price 1 week before our service date. An invoice was not sent to me to verify what was discussed so naturally when the service men came to our house, they told me a different price. When we called the office, the same women had the nerve to argue with me about the price she quoted verses what we discussed the prior week. Now whether she just didn’t explain their fees well could very well have been the case however, her lack of understanding and unwillingness to work with the customer couldn’t be denied. She demanded that I pay the amount with little care about the misunderstanding. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars was because Jeremy and his associate were kind, apologetic, and very helpful. My advice, find a company who cares a little more about customer service because those are usually companies that you can trust. If you decide to use Fletch Barney, make sure they send you a quote so all parties are on the same page.

I had a plumbing emergency late at night and no one was able to help me except for this company. Thanks to Atlanta Plumbing, I didn’t have to wait until morning to get the burst pipe fixed, which would have been a disaster.
