The Good: Technician was professional and arrived on time and was able to successfully complete the job.

The Bad: The company uses flat rate pricing, but the flat rate is not available on their website and they are unable to give any description of how charges are calculated. I was in a bind with no hot water due to cold water flowing backwards through my homes recirculation line. Bison took the opportunity to charge a hefty fee for a 1 hour job since they knew I didn't have much of a choice.

To change out a faulty check valve (that they had installed a few years prior) I was charged $675. This was with a repeat customer discount that brought the total down from close to $900. They stated that this is in line with others in the industry, but you can get a better combination of quality and price elsewhere. I certainly will not be using Bison again.

I couldn’t ask for a better plumbing service. That Plumbing repaired same day and was extremely quick to respond and provide an estimate. The work was done professionally and no detail was rushed. Will use again and recommend for all plumbing needs.

Jason (Jay) Maldonado & Joel came to our business yesterday evening to repair our backed up sewer. they worked well into the late evening getting rid of the blockage. Jay really knows his stuff, with 20+ years of experience. A gentleman with a great personality, they really went out of their way to help us. best service ever!!

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

All around just an honest plumber.

Roto-Rooter was the only plumber I called who could not provide me with any form of quote prior to coming to my location. The work was to be conducted per a warranty labor contract, so I had to know the cost prior to arrival or risk not being covered by the manufacturer. I asked if there was anyone who could give me any form of quote and was told no.

Originally had work done in Feb. 2017 and the problem reoccurred. A plumber was sent out with a not so good outcome. The owner (Reggie) came out and made it right. Its great when a business owner values their customers.

This is the second time that we have used Atlantis and we are very happy. Their service is quick, clean, and fairly priced. Both Cy and the technician that installed our drain pipe make sure that the area was clean before they left. We would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I will never use you guys again I will never Recommend them to anyone I had a problem with my bathroom sink which they came out and so call fix 2 weeks later had the same problem waiting for hours for the to come out to fix the problem no call no show and now they won’t pick up the phone when I call nope sorry job and poor Customer service
