We had been dealing with our issue for days and had someone come out twice, and they could not resolve the issue. I called Royal
a flush and they had someone out the same evening, AND resolved the issue. Kris was extremely helpful, explained the entire process and worked late in to the evening to get my master bathroom back up and running!

Jason and Tobias did a great job of fixing up our HVAC system and get us where we needed to be. They were thorough, courteous and I'm grateful they could come get us in order and ready for summer in Atlanta!

Eddy repaired several things at my mothers house in Jonesboro and I'm extremely happy with how much he accomplished and bringing some of the old things in the house to a better and working condition. House was built in 1964 so he had his work cut out for him and he made it happen at a very affordable cost. I don't live that close to my mom's house and found them on the internet. So glad I found them. The office lady was very nice but seemed a little distracted so don't let that keep you from using their company. Ha! I hate to mention that but I almost canceled and glad i did not. I used Eddy and he's very knowledgeable!

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Jon was great to work with! We couldn’t find our main water shut off valve or the water pressure reducing valve in an older home we purchased 2 years ago, and thought we needed to get both added to the home. Jon did his own sleuthing around the house and property and hypothesized they were located behind a section of the wall that was sheetrocked in. After agreeing to cut into the wall, he was right! We did have a main water shut off and the pressure reducing valve was there too but needed replacing. I really appreciated he took the extra time to figure out what was going on instead of just adding new valves. He communicated everything thoroughly along the way and asked permission before starting new work. On top of all of that, he helped fix a leaky spigot on his way out. He’ll definitely be my only go to plumber from now on!

I was recommended to use this company last week so I was excited to work with them and have my plumbing issues fixed! First off, they showed up without any prior information and didn’t have the equipment to do the work that I called them for. Secondly, the woman who answers the phone quoted me an assessment price 1 week before our service date. An invoice was not sent to me to verify what was discussed so naturally when the service men came to our house, they told me a different price. When we called the office, the same women had the nerve to argue with me about the price she quoted verses what we discussed the prior week. Now whether she just didn’t explain their fees well could very well have been the case however, her lack of understanding and unwillingness to work with the customer couldn’t be denied. She demanded that I pay the amount with little care about the misunderstanding. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars was because Jeremy and his associate were kind, apologetic, and very helpful. My advice, find a company who cares a little more about customer service because those are usually companies that you can trust. If you decide to use Fletch Barney, make sure they send you a quote so all parties are on the same page.
