On March 15th, I had what seemed to be an impossible plumbing task of removing an old glued-to-floor fiberglass tub and installing a new tub. The new one needed to go up three flights of stairs - and it is heavy! The crew did not even blink an eye. Project was done in hours, with no mess left behind. The crew was friendly and professional - and I paid a fair price for the work. Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. I will be using this crew for my next home projects.

I had some serious A/C problems. Unit kept blowing fuses and A/C would shut down. Several repair guys came out (different HVAC companies), but could not fix the system. Estes (I have a service agreement with them) finally sent me Erick H. and he did an excellent repair job that no one else could figure out. It's been working for a week now and it's been HOT as Hell. Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

I had put a new faucet in and the job was pretty much done with 2 small leaks. One in the drain and one from the couplet on the cold water. When I got the bill I was astounded it cost almost $500. I called to try to better understand the bill. I was told the supervisor would call me. Still no call.

I called Jon again this week about smaller plumbing issues around the house, and, as usual, he actually made the experience enjoyable (hard to believe when it's a plumbing problem).
