I had a 9 to 1pm appointment they arrived about 5:45pm. I had it in my mind not to use them ever again but needed the repair done. I see a young man name Richard at my door and the 1st thing I think is oh boy they are late and now they are sending me someone to young. I found out he was only 23 but WOW!!!! he took such good care of me as a customer and I can be a hand full. I made it his issue Roto-Rooter was late getting someone to me. I pressed him about the quote and this young man continued to smile and provide the service someone like myself expects. I manage a hotel for a living for over 25 years in hospitality and we are very short of staff in the middle of a pandemic and I would hire Richard today! Thanks for the service recovery Richard!

Great company and service.Elijah came out on 5/18 to fix a main line stoppage, but to find out we needed our sump pump replaced. He was soooooo patient with me, while I was standing there losing my complete mind. He remained professional, calm and very responsive. He answered all my questions. One thing I absolutely love about this company is that they come PREPARED to work. You never have to schedule another appointment. Most companies come out to inspect but have to reschedule to perform the actual job. I have never gotten that from them. A month ago the replaced my water heater same day. And the sump pump was just as quick and easy. The staff is knowledgeable. THIS COMPANY IS AMAZNG. I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris, the service technician, was on time, fast, friendly and professional. There might be a cheaper service, but he was able to come the day the toilet broke. That's worth something to me.

Mitchell was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained all of the decisions he made behind fixing the leak, and kept us updated on where he was when he went to pick up replacement parts. This was my first experience with Mr Plumber, and I will definitely be using the company again.
