Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

My water heater was leaking. He messaged me within minutes and immediately came out to give me a quote. His prices are the best in the market. Better than his prices was the quality of his work. He did all he could to protect the floor, stairs and driveway during the install. I highly recommend him and his business!

I called the fellas at Fix & Flow a couple of days ago to get an estimate on replacing the laundry pump in my basement, and I couldn't be more pleased with how things went. They were able to come out the same day, gave me a competitive estimate, and came back the next business day (after the July 4 holiday) to complete the work. I now have a new pump system, in addition to a correctly installed stand pipe for our washing machine. Anthony is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to provide some advice and ballpark estimates for two other projects that will need work in the near future. He did quality work, used quality materials and left the workspace as clean or cleaner than he found it. His estimate was right on target -- the final bill was even a hair lower than expected -- and the work finished within the time frame promised. These guys are cemented as my go-to plumbers from here on out.

When my garbage disposal broke, I finally caved and had a professional come out. Eric explained exactly what was going on between my garbage disposal, my clogged sink, and my flooded dishwasher.

We needed help setting up a showroom and temporary booth at the AmericasMart building and he showed up with all the tools and know how to make our projects seamless and exactly the way we wanted it. He is our go to every time we are in town for market. He is beyond professional and makes me feel that no matter what comes up, he can make it work!

Finally, a company that is honest, fair, and does quality work! This is the 2nd time we've called G Force Plumbing and we couldn't be happier with their service. We just moved into a home that was built in 1960. For this visit, we had a loose faucet and leak in the bathroom sink. We also have a toilet that occasionally makes a rumbling sound when it is flushed. Mitch was our technician. He assessed all of our plumbing and explained everything in the evaluation. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. He fixed the bathroom sink at a fair price and explained everything he was doing. He also explained that the rumbling sound with the toilet was likely not related to a back-up or clog and didn't concern him. He was just amazing and I will definitely use G Force again and recommend Mitch and the company to all of my friends!

Do not use this company. I was required to do a lot of extra work that was unnecessary. A leak turned into almost $1000 total to be fixed with me purchasing the fixture, I replaced the studs, and added extra, and I initially cut out the drywall for them to work in the area of the leak! They just needed to replace a fixture! I asked the technician to give me a minute to process the cost. He followed me and kept talking about how it wasn’t HIS PRICING! I’m angry and ask for him to wait on my porch for his Boss who was on his way, supposedly! (JOSH) He left and went and parked on the next street. Would not come back to the job! He couldn’t do it! He tried to blow up the price! I had already bought a “Plumb Works Plan” to help my cost go down! Yeah! It didn’t! Not significantly enough for it to make a difference! I realize plumbing is expensive! But I did most of the work and then they couldn’t finish the job! Bad customer service EXCEPT FOR SHANNON! But she’s the office manager. Not in the field. The plumbers are NOT all LICENSED! They are NOT CERTIFIED, and Chris Jones was in Training!!!! Maybe that’s why he walked off the job, claiming I couldn’t be worked with? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have no words to express the joy and satisfaction brought by their service. They went above and beyond what was required to help me out with installing my gas range and installing my washer and dryer. When it seemed that things were not working they took the next step to ensure everything I needed was handled even if it meant head to the supply store to pickup a part!!!! Excellent work and I will use them again and spread the word around to colleagues and neighbors!!!!
