Great service from Mighty Plumbing. They were able to come out the same day I called to install two new bathroom sink faucets and repair a leaky pipe in the crawl space. Pricing was very fair. I would definitely use them again!

I had a wonderful experience with Mighty Plumbing for dealing with my water heater issue. From the very first call, the receptionists was very customer service oriented. I spoke with the owner who went to very great lengths to explain why my pilot light might not be lighting. He sent a technician (Jason) who arrived within just a few hours. Ends up that our water heater was quite old and needed a couple of replacement parts to fix it. I ended up replacing the unit since it was too old to try to salvage it. Jason was able to replace the water heater the same day! Excellent service by Jason and the entire team all the way. I went with this company because of their solid Google reviews. So I wanted to be sure to leave my review for others like me who really count on these reviews to make a decision on which company to call. You won't be disappointed.

I called Mighty Plumbing to get an estimate for a recirculating pump. Jason came out the same day, arrived promptly at the agreed time, and did a thorough assessment of my plumbing situation in the basement to determine the best possible way to do this installation. He gave me a detailed quote while he was here, explained all the steps, and answered all my questions. He was professional and knowledgeable, and I was impressed with this company’s responsiveness.

When I called this morning, Adrian diagnosed the likely problem with our water pressure and the estimated repair cost. He sent David Flagor to resolve the issue. David was both pleasant and professional. After assessing the problem, he replaced the defective pressure reducer valve and checked to be certain the problem was resolved throughout the house. He also cleared a clogged shower drain. The charge was within the estimate. We are pleased with the service provided and would use Mighty Plumbing if necessary in the future.

Bobby from Mighty Plumbing came by to investigate issues we were having with our 16 year old water heater (fluctuating temps, too hot, etc). During this consultation, we came to the conclusion that replacing it with a new one would be the best solution to our issues. His crew removed the old and installed the new in around 4 1/2 hours, being very respectful of our home, cleaning up after the install. This new water heater, a Navien NPE-240A2, is totally worth it. My wife and I felt the total cost, which was completely transparent and respected the initial verbal quote and consultation from Bobby, was very fair. Would absolutely hire Mighty Plumbing again. No nonsense, high quality work.

When an URGENT Water Heater situation came up, I called a long-time HOMEBUILDER friend, asking for a TRUSTED PLUMBER referral (there are so many Scammers in the Industry!) He immediately connected me with Bobby and Adrian at MIGHTY PLUMBING. As a High-rise Condo owner, WATER DAMAGE affects MANY people by running down to lower floors. They were so responsive to my stress, QUICKLY came and assessed the problems and agreed to fix a toilet issue at the same time. Adrian graciously handled all the logistics, and Bobby was the Top-Level of Professionalism, Efficiency, and Creative Problem-solving, along with his Assistant David. They were above and beyond my expectations, and quickly eased my worst fears. If I could rate them TEN STARS, I would!

They were excellent and on time. The crew was friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Called because ice maker water outlet was leaking. The tech did not have any washers to rebuild the valve so went to Home Depot and returned with washers. They did not fit. Tech then had to go back to Home Depot to buy a valve outlet box and returned with one that was significantly smaller in size than what had was installed and nailed into the studs. The new outlet box could not be connected to the studs because it was too small so he tried to put wood on the side of the stud to connect it. The new box was only partially secured to the wood and INSET deep into the stud interior so that it could not be enclosed properly within the wall. We called another person to try and fix the mess and the entire box had to be removed, a new appropriately sized valve and box then had to be installed. The final fix and removal of Mighty Plumbers faulty installation solved the issues, at our expense. We sent an email asking for a refund because their web site says Satisfaction Guaranteed. They have not responded. RUN RUN RUN from this company and find someone competent and capable.

Mighty Plumbing is great. They came recommended to me by a couple friends who own homes near me in Southeast Atlanta.

They came out for a quote a few months ago, but were really busy and told me it might be a couple months due to COVID related volume. I reached out to them a couple months later and they sent somebody out the next day to complete the project.

The plumber was on time and worked quickly to complete both the water heater installation and garbage disposal installation.

In addition, he examined our washing machine and a worrisome pipe diagnosing our issues and giving us advice on how to fix them.

I will use Mighty Plumbing again! 100/100 A+

Bob is our go to plumber for more than 7 years. He knows plumbing inside out, gets to the problem and fixes it on the first call. He shows you what is going on inside your pipes and makes recommendations how to avoid clogs etc. His rates are very fair - and he always cleans up the mess himself. Highly recommend him.

Robert (Bobby) and his right-hand man, Adrian, were as professional and as knowledgeable as you can get. I live in a high-rise condo in Midtown ATL, which is a difficult job for most plumbers due to the difficulty in shutting the water off. Most plumbers didn't even give me the time of day to do this job -or- wanted to take my head off in pricing.

Bobby and Adrian came in a knocked out three bathroom valves in a matter of an hour. On top of that, they quoted me a reasonable price (compared to the competition) and very friendly to do business with; gave me advice for other small plumbing maintenance items around the condo that I could handle on my own.

Very impressed and satisfied with the service. Communication is the key and they kept me inform throughout the process. I call to schedule service, was told they may be able to get me in today, he would call back in one hour. I got the phone call in 45 mins confirming. The technician call to let me know they received the work ticket and let me know an approximate time of arrival. When they were in route called again to let me know they were in route. When Allen and Jason arrived they introduced themselves and were very professional. They came in and got right to work. Explained to me what the issue was and what needed to be done to complete the work. I had done my own research so I know what they were saying was truthful. Alan and Jason from mighty plumbing did an awesome job installing a utility sink next to my washer & dryer in my basement, in a tight space. Very professional nice guys, easy to talk to, ask any questions I had, I would definitely work with them again! Also another company told me this job couldn’t be done without and expensive pump, but these guys did it, no problem. They called me and had me send photos of the current plumbing so they could have the right supplies on hand, they were able to get there boss on the line if they needed any troubleshooting, these guys were quick and professional, and clean work. The Best Plumbers hands down

When you own a home, it feels like everyone is trying take your money and get over on you. These are the FIRST plumbers who didn’t try to use scare tactics, they just came in and got to work. They came in with masks, did the job, and get this, cleaned up after they left!

They made a situation that was stressful better. I was able to tell Robert the owner the issue I was having through email and he quickly gave me a quote. There was no bs, just straight forward pricing and I appreciate that.

When they were done, I was simply able to pay through email. I will be using them going forward and refer them to everyone I know, because it’s hard finding people you can trust!
Mighty plumbing

My garbage disposal has been broken a few weeks and I called multiple other companies to try and have it fixed. No one bothered to email me back or call me back.

I called Mighty Plumbing this morning and they were able to send someone to my house right away. The person I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and talked me through a few troubleshoot issues that could be causing the problem.

The technician, David, showed up right on time. He was very professional, nice and great at what he does! He fixed my garbage disposal and even fixed a toilet we’ve been having issues with. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again the next time I have any issues!

We recently purchased a fixer upper. Our house is wonderful, but it came to us in dire need of some plumbing updates. I scoured the internet for a plumbing service, and Mighty Plumbing was the first crew I got out to the house to look at it. Bobby came by and took an assessment of our issues within a day of us closing on the house. He was very knowledgeable and easy to relate to, and he was honest about what needs to be fixed now, and what can wait. He quoted us an excellent price to replace a cracked waste pipe, replace several toilets, and convert our water heater to tankless. He wasn’t pushy or demanding and put us at ease. A few days later, Adrian and Brent came over and began working on our issues. They were quick, efficient and had great communication—they kept us up to date on the progress of the job. While they were working, we discovered the laundry box was leaking and they dropped everything to replace it and coordinate dry wall repair. The second day they were working, we had a torrential downpour and realized a drain pipe in our basement walkway was clogged and was leading to inches of standing water that was threatening to flood our basement. Again, this crew dropped everything to coordinate a solution that cleared the pipe and saved our basement from flooding. We were freaking out, but they stayed calm and helped troubleshoot the problem and gave us tips moving forward. We can’t thank this crew enough. They are experts in their field, and they are well networked with other contractors. My experience with this team has been nothing but positive, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you have plumbing issues—this is the team to call.

They are timely and can usually make the repair happen the same day they inspect it; depending on the size of the job of course. They have serviced my water plumbing as well as gas pipe plumbing as well. 5 Stars because they are simply the best in the Atlanta area.
