I was very please with Travis, he was punctual, introduced himself and his associate. I explain to him what my problem was. He check everything and found the problem plus some. Everything was fix in a timely manner and proud to say Job Well Done.

Kostadin came to our house in a Saturday in record time. We were told up to two hours and he was here in 30 minutes! He was knowledgeable friendly and all suited up in his mask and shoe covers. Kostadin really explained this issues we had and repaired what we needed done immediately with a few things that were less time sensitive, and didn’t need immediate attention. I appreciated his calm, friendly and empathic response to the nightmare we’re dealing with. 10 stars!!

I called so many people. Everyone was so vague about price and nobody could come today. Matt said he didn’t charge anything to check it out and would give me a set price before he did any repair and once repaired I would pay that price and nothing more. It was low on Freon 145 bucks and its blowing ice cold.

Once again the Estes team had great communication, showed up on time, and took the time to complete the task. Jonah McClure did a great job!

Called and scheduled installation with Sharpe’s Plumbing. Was told by receptionist they will pick up toilet from home supply store. No arrival, no pick up , and no call on scheduled date. No apologies. No customer service. Not reliable.

They charged me $355 to unscrew the old pipe vent and screw a new one in.. The part is like $30. So they basically charged me $320 for walking into my house. I wouldn't recommend them.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

This is in response to all of the negative reviews I received about my business online. I first off want to let you all know that the reviews about no show are absolutely correct. I do not and will not be manipulated by some little twerp that thinks an estimate makes me money. As a small business I cannot afford to do estimates for free. I would be riding around all day and never eat. I like to eat. Now I will address Mr. Josh Dorners review. Josh had a project he put off until the last minute and wanted to help us the only problem with that is he over complicated the job and kept getting in the way. The reality is he was trying to avoid being with his wife that had just had a baby so we took the hit when he got caught hanging out with us his choice was to run us off and write a bad review to cover his butt. Now we talk about Bob Levy. Mr Levy is a guy that called about a toilet so many times I quite frankly got tired of talking to him. He wanted us to come out at 7am or after 5pm that's not easy to do in Atlanta and I'm in business to make money efficiently. Bob is just an angry old man that thought I would jump through hoops for gas money and he wrote a bad review because I wouldn't drop my price for his convenience this is not Wal-Mart Bob. Frank Thompson has one toilet that he clogged up and we augered it for him and didn't here anything for a week until he called me drunk at 11:00 raising cane about a receipt and then texted me all night like a little girl about how we didn't solve his problem I can only imagine that maybe he clogged it again and was trying the usual something for nothing. I have seen it all over the years.Now I would like to address Mary S and her review. Sadly her review is true my son took advantage of her unbeknownst to me and she never contacted me to tell me about it. He is no longer here now as he committed suicide and I am so sorry about what he did Mary I had no idea he had a major drug problem. Further more I would like to let everyone know that I am also human and sometimes I can't satisfy everyone all the time. I try my best however I must go where I make the most money like other small businesses. I do not advertise and I rely on word of mouth for all of my business.
