Over $300 to change out the wax seal on a toilet? It's a $20 part and it took him 20 minutes to put it in. I have never felt so cheated in my life. Avoid at all costs.Also worth noting that they simply remove negative Facebook reviews which is pretty sleazy. I did get a courtesy call after my negative review here, but I was basically told that they could not apologize for the price. That it was comparable with other companies their size and that it was because they were insured if anything had gone wrong during the 20 minutes their plumber was at my house... perhaps if something had accidentally exploded while removing the two nuts to detach the toilet from the floor? Who knows? Such utter hogwash.

Professional team, arrived started the work right away. He did what 2 other plumbers only look at & never came back. He explain what needed to be done & finish on time. Very reasonable prices, he is my plumber for future projects.

Diagnosed and repaired the first sink, and then addressed another issue and installed broken stoppers in our sink (when every other company I've called has said we could find them ourselves and refused to help), and even took a quick look at our hot water heater to let us know what model it was. I love that they wore masks and booties unprompted. Also dispatchers are super pleasant and efficient. Best service in Atlanta.

I recently had my septic tank pumped by Pink Plumber and every time I yard gets a heavy rain the septic tank and lines gush with water. Once before I had this problem when I hired a pump and dump tank cleaner and I discovered the lid on the tank had not been properly replaced. So I cleared away soil from the lid that I knew The Pink Plumber had removed and, sure enough, the lid is not secure to the tank. So now my tank filled with water with the last heavy rain just one day earlier. Looks like I need to get someone out to my septic tank to remove the water and replace the lid prooerly.
