My experience with Fulton Services started with the helpful young lady who answered my call. I was a bit frustrated and anxious to get a problem with my hot water heater solved before leaving Atlanta. She promised a next day visit from a service tech. As promised, I received a call from Chris, at the time specified. He came in, asked about the problem, and proceeded to explain each diagnostic performed. He patiently answered all questions. He was generous enough to explain how another plumbing issue was affecting the water heater. Chris was friendly, pleasant, & allowed me time to make decisions that would support the resolution of my ‘water heater’ problem.
