I'd recommend Vitalis to anyone, anywhere, for any plumbing services. Keith (and his son) evaluated my water heater's problems, purchased a new, high-quality water heater, and installed it promptly and without issue. Beyond that, even the copper ducting to connect it was beautifully done. Vitalis is easy to work with, priced competitively, and completely dependable.

Keith is FANTASTIC! He is professional, thorough, kind, neat and communicative. Keith has done 2 plumbing jobs for me and will be back to do a 3rd. He is my go to person for all our plumbing needs. When I call him I know that the job will be done right the first time and I don’t have to worry about it.

Keith was extremely knowledgeable and very responsive and puts in the time not only in the job but even after his job is completed. Excellent report very specific and detailed. He is very personable and understands the plumbing codes as well as best practices and does his homework. I will use him again for any issues and would refer him to anyone he is trustworthy and has integrity.

I contacted Keith to handle a plumbing issue where my my pipes would hum when I ran the water. He quickly responded and explained his cost and set an appointment time. On appt day, Keith was prompt and professional. He wore a face mask and shoe coverings ( especially important during COVID) . He evaluated my issue and was able to fix my issue quickly and for a reasonable price. It's so difficult to find professionals who truly are passionate about their work. I am glad I selected Keith as my plumber. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional and just an overall genuine and friendly person.

My experience has been Keith is responsive and professional. He is honest and will tell you what is the actual problem. I have used him for 7-8 years. His price are reasonable. He has recently started his own company.

Fast, polite, took time at the end of what I’m sure was a very long day to talk to us about our main problem and potential future problems/repairs/upgrades for our new home. And then made the necessary repair, made sure to test to make sure the problem was resolved, reached out the next day to make sure it was still resolved! Will definitely be using in the future

I used this individual when the company was called Benson &Douglas. He was very knowledgeable and affordable. I had called another well known company that gave me a price of $800+ to flush my tankless water heater. The other company told me that I needed a part to flush. The part would be over $400. I went to the plumbing supply company and got the part for $105.00. the owner of this company, Mr. Benson, showed me where the part was in the system. He told me to take the part back and only charged $189.00. He is trustworthy and that what matters the most. His company was purchased by Vitalis.

Keith was very professonal and timely. The job site was kept clean. Keith is incredibly detailed, and the quality of his work as a master plumber shows. This company is not your high volume, sales first, mega plumbing company. I couldn't have asked for better.

We had Keith Forrester come do an inspection in our home and learned SO much! Wish we had done this prior to closing on our home. He came out last week and fixed some critical things, installed a new water heater/thermal expansion tank, and replaced all our toilets. Very reasonable quotes, professional, and did a great job in our home. Highly recommend if you need any plumbing work or even for a general inspection so you can better protect your home and anticipate what work may need to be done now/in the future.

Keith is amazing! He found and repaired our leak in a day. A plumber who came to check out the leak before Keith advised us we were going to have to reroute our plumbing. This would have cost thousands of dollars. Keith saved us tons of money by finding an alternative method that solved our problem effectively.

When our project was completed we realized we had been working with a true professional. The inspection and final report were complete and professionally completed.

Keith did a great job replacing my old water heater. In addition to replacing the water heater itself, Keith made updates to the plumbing in the crawl space to ensure everything was safe and up to date. The project was quoted online with pictures which was convenient and I received a detailed estimate outlining the work that would be done as well as potential extra costs that could be expected upon installation. Price was affordable and communication was easy. I would recommend Benson & Douglas and will use them for future projects as well.

Keith managed to fix a problem that three other plumbing companies couldn’t repair. He repaired it quickly, and he repaired it economically.

Keith is professional and very thorough. I had a water heater issue and he came out to take a look. Keith discovered that it was vented incorrectly and had some other problems (not up to code). All bad news. While he was here he also discovered that the water pressure regulator for the water coming into my house wasn't working properly. Thank goodness he was thoughtful enough to look! Both were replaced quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Keith! You can't ask for a more professional and friendly plumber!
