Water main busted and we were without water. From the call to the service being completed it was definitely a great experience. Dustyn was professional and courteous, and quick!! The work was done right and that’s why I called delta. This is a professional business, not someone’s cell phone number listed as a business like every other number I called before this. The price was a tad higher, but there’s a cost and quality hierarchy that I’m totally aware of and I would much rather pay to have the problem fixed correctly, than to pay less and have the guy cut corners. I will definitely use this company again, and Dustyn’s work and representation of he company was stellar.

Reggie installed the wrong size toilet in my bathroom, the toilet started to link around the base. One of his plumbers removed the toilet and installed another toilet it was also linking and it was having flushing issues. He installed another toilet it have the same problem. The conversation I had was Reggie would come out himself to see what was going with the toilet. That conversation happen the week before April 6th. It's almost May and I have not got received a phone/nothing.

My sink had a major leak 11:30 at night. I called Atlantis Plumbing immediately and they were able to schedule me for the next morning. John H. arrived on time and completed the job in 20 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. In addition to repairing my sink, he also made sure all was well with the other drains in my home. 5 star service for a great price!

Estes service replace my attic steps. The service tech was on its way up to service. The AC unit in the hinge broke away from the ladder. The tech took pictures of the ladder . Call his supervisor submitted the pictures . Within days Estes out Mr. Patrick and Tobias to install a attic ladder . Patrick and Tobias done. A super job installing the ladder. Very professional.
