I had a leak from my water pipe. I tried to do it myself but it got worse by the minute. I called Ridgeway Mechanical and they were at my house in less than an hour. They fixed it quickly and gave me some tips on things to look out for. Don’t know how they do it, but they are fast and efficient.

I was referred to Derrick by Wind River Environmental , about draining issues in my lines ,after speaking to Derrick we set up an appointment for the next day. Derrick called and said he would be there at 11am and he was on time .We discussed the problem ,and he went to work to solve the issue, witch he did in a professional manner. Needed electrical work done called late on Monday night and Estes sent Nick Henderson out fixed the problem loved the response time highly recommend them.

Called and scheduled installation with Sharpe’s Plumbing. Was told by receptionist they will pick up toilet from home supply store. No arrival, no pick up , and no call on scheduled date. No apologies. No customer service. Not reliable.

John is a great guy and a very knowledgeable plumber. No extra sales talk, but reasonable advice. This is what small business should look like.

Basically, I had a leak in the main water pipe located in my basement. The two employees that came were Bobby and Danny. I believe Bobby was the lead person but they both were very professional. Bobby assessed the leak and explained what they needed to do to fix it. In fact I received a call from Bobby when they were on their way to pickup the product; and he also contacted me when they left the store to let me know the approximate time they would get to my house.

Both Bobby and Danny were very patient trying to fix the leak due to the constant rain. They also made sure to clean up after. I am very pleased with the job they did.

I will definitely contact your company again if I have any other plumbing issues; and I will gladly recommend you.
