Update: Mike B and Dylan T were here today to cut the vent in for the bathroom. This 64 year old house has tile floors that are about 3 inches thick with tile, cement and wood. They did a nice professional job on the installation, and were a pleasure to work with. I am very happy with all of the work that has been done on my house by Estes, and I will continue to use them for any other services that I need.For the first time in months I have a nice warm house. My experience with Estes has been great from start to finish. My initial consulation with Chase was very good, he took the time to explain all options and made great suggestions about the type of system that I needed. The installation team was here right on time today, and finshed the whole job in one day. They removed all of the exsiting system, installed all new equipment and ducts, and had everything up and running in what seemed like no time at all.
