BEWARE!I had flooding in my home i called roto-rooter plumbing DID NOT SHOW UP! Do not hire Roto-rooter Plumbing 24/7 is false advertising of emergency water cleanup and 24/7 roto,-rooter plumber is not reliable when you have flooding! Roto -rooter left me hanging while flooding in my home! And roto-rooter plumber rates is a rip-off and this roto-rooter have bad business practice! Poor rude customer service when you call roto-rooter ! I did water cleanup since roto-rooter did not show up and my maintance manager had to turn off my water to stop flooding! Roto-rooter had the audacity to charge me 600 dollars to install my new kitchen faucet to stop flooding after roto-rooter did not show up! Had roto-rooter plumber showed up the plumber could have turned off the water leak! Roto-rooter supervisor told me he couldn't find a plumber that knows how to install kitchen faucet to stop flooding! Very bad busines plumbing company! So I had to wait 24 hours for roto-rooter to install my new kitchen faucet to stop the leak! Roto-rooter had the audacity AFTER NO SHOW EMERGENCY FLOODING roto-rooter was going to charge me 60O dollars! Rip - off it should be free install for NO SHOW roto-rooter plumber roto-rooter job to turn off the water leak EMERGENCY plumber per roto-rooter advertisement Is a lie! False advertisement! DO NOT HIRE roto-rooter plumbing!caused me pain and suffering during flooding at my home by no show roto-rooter plumber!

Dylan Smith came and took care of my plumbing issues. He was pleasant and polite and took the time to discuss what he needed to repair. He even showed me some ways to take care of general maintenance.

James was awesome! Very professional and explained everything that was happening from start to finish. He identified the problem right away and stayed late to complete repair, then stayed even later to clean up (down to washing dirt off driveway). Got service same day and invoice was exactly as the estimate. Highly recommend.

I've used Estes in the past. But, 4 years ago I had another company install a new AC unit, and I immediately regretted it. It never worked properly.I had Estes' service contract and called for appointment and expected to wait weeks. I got an appointment 2 days later. The tech was on time, very thorough with his inspection and work needed (sorry, I didn't get his name). His assessment was checked by a comfort analyst Justin Hancock.The repair techs, Jered and Trevor, were hard working pros. They replaced major parts of my system in a very small crawl space.I've always been pleased with Estes in the past and pleased today.

Eddy repaired several things at my mothers house in Jonesboro and I'm extremely happy with how much he accomplished and bringing some of the old things in the house to a better and working condition. House was built in 1964 so he had his work cut out for him and he made it happen at a very affordable cost. I don't live that close to my mom's house and found them on the internet. So glad I found them. The office lady was very nice but seemed a little distracted so don't let that keep you from using their company. Ha! I hate to mention that but I almost canceled and glad i did not. I used Eddy and he's very knowledgeable!

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.
