I have used That Plumbing several times. CJ is very good at his job and he is very professional. CJ responses in a very timely manner.

Left a mess after finished. Dryer vent and other pipes were left disconnected and not reinstalled. After returning to clean up and reconnect items properly. He never apologized for this inconvenience.

We had a great and easy experience with Atlantis Plumbing. We have used their services for both an outside waterline replacement (with Cody) and an inside garbage disposal replacement (by John Henry). If we ever encounter more issues they will be our first call!

Troy came and repaired my main water line today that included drilling through concrete and the digging up of some of my yard. I could not have been more pleased with his work and attention to detail. Great guy and very professional. If you ever need a plumbing repair you would be lucky to get him.

They were at the home early in the morning the next day. They installed the water heater in the morning of the next day. Repairman was informative, knowledgeable, calm, friendly, attentive to the home, and the young man he brought to help during installation was the same. I really thought this was a good company. They came out and diagnosed a problem I had with my sewer around April of this year. The 24 hour availability is I was most impressed with, however my disabled neighbor had a plumbing issue so I recommended Sharpe's. They NEVER showed up. They gave him a 7pm appointment 5 hours after 7 we could NOT reach anyone by phone. To this day they NEVER called to explain what happened. Reliable is not their business practice.

Excellent service from the time the service call was made until the job was finished! David and Charles came to my resident to check my water heater.They quickly diagnosed the problem. I expected to have to replace the water heater, but David discovered that the gas had been turned off during a furnace repair and the pilot was not relit.He discovered that the leak was not coming from the heater, but from a line that needed to be tighten.I asked them to check a toilet for a possible leak. David checked for the leak and stabilized the toilet. Both men were professional and worked together to get the job done, and not costing us an arm and a leg for service. I'm making this company my plumbing choice.
