I had a plumbing emergency and I just moved to the area so I got on Google and decided to call Priority Plumbing. Very resonable pricing, excellent customer service, they were on time, and they were very knowledgeable on what they were doing. If I ever have another need for a plumber I will definitely be using them again!

We had a sewage pump issue and Atlantis Plumbing promptly responded to my call and sent out a technician. Robert Camp was very professional and helped diagnose and fix the issue.I was super impressed with the fast service provided by Robert Camp and Atlantis Plumbing.

Steve T and Chadwick R came out, a little before the time they said they would be there, a big plus. They did the work quicker then Steve had said it would take. They even took a min to say hello to our dogs, which calmed down and enjoyed them being in the house.
The work was done very well.
We did find additional leaks that we didn't know about. So when we are ready to take care of those, we will be calling Steve back to do the repair.
Overall it was a good experience.

I was really worried about the water damage at my place, so I searched on internet for someone to clear this mess and I came across this company and called them instantly for help. After a tankless water heater installation went south due to a single employee (no longer with Slam) not validating electrical requirements, the owner called me, reviewed the situation, and refunded my $3K. They came highly recommended, and I can see why. The owner’s swift and professional handling of what was a very stressful & emotionally taxing situation means I will absolutely be reaching out to them for my future bathroom reno needs and keep their number nearby for any ad-hoc plumbing issues that might arise. A small, local company that does the right thing is a keeper.

Main guy has a very bad attitude, shister rip off. Will never use them again or recommend them. And I am in the remodeling business so I know the tricks they play. Tried to say it was a $600 job and in reality if they stayed working it literally took them a little over a half hour. I agreed on $350 plus materials and I said okay. When he turned the water on it leaked on the other side also. We're talking about a 2' long area and he said that wasn't part of our agreement and charged me a little more. Rip off

I am writing today because I did NOT have to call Fulton Services about a plumbing issue. About nine months ago when we had the same issue we had today, Steve came out and, after we'd had one plumber unable to completely diagnose (or fix) our problem, and another tell us we'd need to spend around $10,000 in renovations to fix our problem, Steve not only fixed it, he showed us exactly what the issue was and explained how in the future, we could probably take care of it ourselves. Today is that future: I did what he told me, and I fixed it myself! So I'm writing a long past-due review to say that our experience with Fulton has been great - they've been trustworthy, knowledgeable, and importantly, have not tried to sell us a bunch of stuff we don't need. Highly recommend.

Update: In less than 3 hrs of my original post, I received a call from Owner R. Ingram. He was very kind and interested in learning what happened, and wants to get things right.
He didn't reference the post or ask me to change anything. Thanks for caring enough about my experience to call. Original Post: They were available to replace a broken water heater but in hindsight, I wished I had waited 1 day and let High Priority Plumbing do the job instead because Better Plumbing prices are higher, but product and service is inferior. A year after the heater was installed, a part failed. Better Plumbing wouldn't contact Rheem to get the part and was going to charge me more than High Priority to repair the heater. The High Priority plumber, communicated with Rheem. If you just need a job done, this company is fine, but if you want a great experience and company that really stands behind their work, you might want to consider other options.
