Best Hot Water System in Atlanta GA

Paul and Greg of Morningside Plumbing spent much time educating me on the problem and its remedy. They described what they'd do and did what they said; then never charged one cent over the original estimate even though the job proved more difficult than expected. I felt at all times that they were TRUSTWORTHY - which is by far the highest recommendation I could ever give.

I'm seeing a few reviews of people saying they were screamed at and hung up on by the owner and that checks out. I can't really comment on the quality of their work because I didn't get that far. Guy John came out to do an estimate and it came back quite a bit higher than the loose estimate I was given over the phone, but I get that, so I called back to talk about options and the scope of the project. Had a hard time getting a word in really with the owner Arthur but when I finally got a chance to ask some questions, like 'you're telling me you won't install a shower door?' (apparently they don't according to him; I need a 'professional' to certify a door) he shouted 'you're being extremely argumentative, good luck with your project you're gonna pay twice as much' and hung up on me mid sentence. I didn't even get a chance to talk about budget with him. Funny thing is I have a budget for my project and he could've still made money off me but he didn't even let me speak. This was a personal referral from a family member to boot so that's a bad look because they have already decided to never refer to or do business with this unprofessional clown again. They must be real flush with work because this isn't a great way to win new customers.

Fix and Flow is the best. I have complete confidence in their ability to get the job done right, no matter what challenge our house throws at them.

Tim was our service rep who came out to fix our loud squealing pipes in our master bathroom. Upon inspection he suggested we replace our system for each bathroom to upgrade to a better system. The builder of our home (Pulte) had used low quality materials when it was first built (only 3 years ago). We agreed and had Tim replace the system in 3 bathrooms. Took care of the squealing pipes and hopefully this will be a long-lasting fix.
We appreciate that GForce was able to send someone out so quickly (in less than 24 hours) and we felt price was fair. Thanks Tim @ GForce!

We had several outstanding issues from the inspection on our home - several slow drains and very uneven water pressure (turned out to be a worn out PRV). In addition, we'd recently gotten a monster sized water bill from city. Peach Plumbing came out and had all of the issues diagnosed and documented with photos within 30 minutes (documentation especially valuable when dealing with the city on the water bill part). They had a proposal almost immediately and completed all work in what seemed to be less than an hour.

These guys are great! They called and told me when they were arriving (not to the exact second, but he narrowed it down to an hour- which is far better than the phone and cable company!) ; they quickly identified the problem. And, they fixed it. I highly recommend BETTER PLUMBING SERVICES. You will NOT be disappointed in service, quality of workmanship or cost. Five stars, for sure!!

I had a Jacuzzi installed by this company. They did a great job. The plumber that came in was very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me step by step in terms that I could understand. This was one of the few pleasurable experiences that I have had with companies in a service industry. The best part of it all was that it didn't cost me as much as I thought it would.

Harold was a huge help to us with multiple electrical issues for our kitchen remodel, including adding, removing, and installing several wall and ceiling outlets. He worked through each of them with us and gave a fair price. He took the time to explain things and answer our questions. He was professional and very easy to with. Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC has been a life saver for my company for for the last few years. I am a real estate investor with a portfolio of rental properties and homes that I flip. From my first experience with their owner, Steve, I knew this was going to go well. This is not your average mom and pop broke service company. I needed a reliable company with decent pricing, prompt service and able to carry the bill a while when we flip homes. Steve's company is just the right size for large jobs and small ones. They have installed multi-units in 14,000 square feet mini mansions for me to repairing and installs on my rental homes and condos small as 952 sqft. I can trust Steve and his crews to tell me what's going on and get an understanding before I incur a charge. In addition, they accept multiple forms of payment and I think I have used just about all of them. LOL. I highly recommend Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC. Did I tell you they installed a gas line in a formerly all electric home to get my buyer the gas appliances they wanted and installed a new water heater and took care of a sewage backup? I love these guys!

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
