Tim performed a pressure valve replacement and replaced the TPR valve on our hot water heater. He did an amazing job for us! He was right on time, very professional, and he was done in under an hour! Cannot recommend him enough and we will definitely be using him in the future next time we need a plumber.

We just want to thank Bobby and Danny for such a great job they did at our house today. Not only did they do a thorough job, they were very polite and kind! I could tell they put care into their work, and even got on their hands and knees to clean our floors! The job did take long because of such tight spaces, but they did it with such a positive attitude. We knew they had another job after ours but they didn't rush to get the job done quickly, but did it to get the job done right. We truly appreciate the care and will definitely request them again in the future! (Hopefully not in the near future) But nonetheless, we are customers for life!

James gave me a detailed explanation of the issue with the dripping faucets and discovered that there was no regulator to regulate the pressure from the street to the house. This house was built in the 60's. He recommended the solution and it fixed the issue and I am so pleased with this service. It was absolutely a reasonable cost and it's all great!! The professionalism was the utmost and it made me more comfortable in my decision for the fix. Thank you James and his co-worker you are awesome. This took the worry out of having a high water bill this month. AWESOME GUYS!

My family has worked with Jerry and the folks at G-Force plumbing for years. They are always responsive no matter the time of day or day of week. Most importantly, they provide excellent advice and great service. Also important - they stand behind their work 100%. We had a water heater go out. The water heater was under warranty, and they came right over and replaced it. They managed the back and forth with the manufacture, and it was simply not a problem.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I plan to continue to use them, and I would recommended them without qualification to any who asked.

My older toilet needed a new flushing system or possible replacement. These guys were knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. They installed new tank parts and it flushes like new. Without having to replace the whole toilet. Very professional and quick! Would use them again!

Had a bit of a plumbing emergency. Tim was incredibly responsive and got Victor out to our place in a couple of hours (on a weekend). Turns out the job was complicated and Tim came to help. It's a long review, but I wanted people to see in detail my good experience with this company.

My water heater stopped producing hot water. Tried to reset the pilot light, called 800 number on the water heater (which was Rheem) and they tried to trouble shoot it. They diagnosed it as two possible causes and would replace the parts but not the labor. I consider myself a fairly good DIY'er by watching YouTube, and the work seemed pretty easy, but I thought this work was best to be done by a pro. Rheem directed me to their authorized technicians list (found on their website) and I called about 5 on the list and a few other plumbers I found on Yelp and Google.

JR Plumbing and Backflow was on the Rheem Water Heater recommended technicians list and I'm so glad I found them! With plumbing, pricing variances are so vast to do the same work, but JR Plumbing was most reasonable for the work that needed to be done.

Communication from the company was professional, prompt, and accommodating. John, the owner and tech, arrived on time and what impressed me was his knowledge and how respectful he was of my home and the work area. It was the small things like taking shoes off in the house without me having to ask, carrying his shoes to the basement and then putting them back on, promptly cleaning up the area, and walking me through the issues. The part Rheem sent was defective, but he said he would call them and have them overnight the new part to my home and he'd come back out. He took care of everything. All I had to do was call them once I got the part, which I did the following day. Upon receipt, he came out, installed it, and we've got hot water.

I now have JR Plumbing in my contact list should I need any future needs. This is an A+ company!

Unexpectedly had to call a plumber. Within an hour and a half of calling A Better Plumbing Service, a plumber arrived at my door. The plumber was courteous and professional and best of all the price was reasonable and fair. Would definitely recommend A Better Plumbing Service for any plumbing needs!

Very efficient and clearly knew his profession very well. Repaired some burst pipes in the yard and replaced equipment. Will definitely use this company again.

Subcontracted the installation of our HVAC unit to an inept installer. I've had multiple people look at the system and tell me what a bad job this company did. Would never recommend working with Steve Malone.
