Very easy to work with, great customer service, fair pricing

Called this morning to schedule appointment to have plumbing in unfinished basement completed and fix leak in one of the bathroom from a shower. After appointment scheduled, I receive a call that they do not service my area and she will remove the appointment. She stated they had decided at the beginning of the year not to service areas over 30 mile radius. I explained I was a returned customer and they had serviced my area in 2015 for replacement of piping from street to the home. The adviser called back after speaking to the service manager - Jamie and I was informed they will not come out. And while waiting I found out I'm 26.5 miles away but if you don't feel comfortable coming to Ellenwood , I won't feel comfortable with you performing the work. And why did Home Advisor recommend you if you don't service my area....That's sad....

We needed a pressure gauge put in behind our ice machine and the entire process of booking was a breeze and very professional. I'm fairly used to getting the run around from service techs and it was refreshing to do business with a company that does what they say they will.

I've used Chen Plumbing for a water heater install and just yesterday, putting new pipe from the street to the house.

NEVER AGAIN......paid $1200 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...until today the problem is still there...i had to go shovel the water out of the hole that they made..my kids bathroom is a total mess. I just cant believe the owner (Ingram) said that the hole is what GOD did to us when they were the ones who drilled the dang thing. Everytime it rains water floods the second level of my house all due to the hole that they made. My kids have to breathe the disgusting air that results from the sewage that comes up. Absolutely the WORST service EVER!!!!!

I had to have the water line outside of my home replaced. I called several college park plumbers that would not be able to do it in a timely manner. Norwoood Plumbing was able to get out in the morning to access the issue and they had it repaired that same evening. This was by far the best experience that I have had with a plumber.

Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC has been a life saver for my company for for the last few years. I am a real estate investor with a portfolio of rental properties and homes that I flip. From my first experience with their owner, Steve, I knew this was going to go well. This is not your average mom and pop broke service company. I needed a reliable company with decent pricing, prompt service and able to carry the bill a while when we flip homes. Steve's company is just the right size for large jobs and small ones. They have installed multi-units in 14,000 square feet mini mansions for me to repairing and installs on my rental homes and condos small as 952 sqft. I can trust Steve and his crews to tell me what's going on and get an understanding before I incur a charge. In addition, they accept multiple forms of payment and I think I have used just about all of them. LOL. I highly recommend Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC. Did I tell you they installed a gas line in a formerly all electric home to get my buyer the gas appliances they wanted and installed a new water heater and took care of a sewage backup? I love these guys!

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
