I had a leak in my main water line, spent weeks trying to get a hold of someone who could fit me in and and would complete the work. A Plus was recommended to me, I called them and within 30 minutes they were at my house getting started. The entire job was done quickly, professionally, and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend giving them a call the next time you need repairs. I’ll be using Mr. White and his team from now on!

Trace Morgan arrived and did an excellent job providing the maintenance needed for my septic tank. He excavated the tank opening, pumped, repaired, and treated the system in about an hour. After the work was completed, he refilled the excavation and left my yard in pre-excavation condition. Well done!

Eddy repaired several things at my mothers house in Jonesboro and I'm extremely happy with how much he accomplished and bringing some of the old things in the house to a better and working condition. House was built in 1964 so he had his work cut out for him and he made it happen at a very affordable cost. I don't live that close to my mom's house and found them on the internet. So glad I found them. The office lady was very nice but seemed a little distracted so don't let that keep you from using their company. Ha! I hate to mention that but I almost canceled and glad i did not. I used Eddy and he's very knowledgeable!

When our water heater broke down, I called Atlanta Plumbing and the person I talked to was able to explain to me what have happened and what I should do. A few minutes later, they were at my door and wasted no time in fixing the problem.

I called and was able to talk to Rick the owner. He called my mother for me and calmed her down so much. He was very polite! Once the tech got to her home he easily found the leak and fixed it. She was so happy. She thought it was going to be days worth of work for them! The tech also referrals for her to use to get her bedroom dried out and new carpet laid. She called them and they were also out that afternoon helping her take care of everything! It’s been about 3 weeks now. She is finished with all work. She has nothing but praise for Rick, the technician, the office staff and the people they referred her to. We are both extremely grateful to BPS! We hope to never have these kinds of issues again.
