I have used A plus on multiple occasions from the install of my new AC unit to plumbing issues, and each and every time A plus has went above and beyond to provide excellent service. For those reasons I will be an A Plus customer for life. A plus is the company for the job search no more!

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about Estes. Two weeks ago they installed two systems at my home, a Carrier Infinity central system and a split Mitsubishi Mr. Slim system for our basement. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. This was a serious investment for us and Estes did an excellent job from start to finish. Their initial rep Brandon came to our home and was very thorough, knew the intimate details of each system and the intricacies of their installation requirements. He produced three highly detailed quotes for us that same day. In just under a week we were on their schedule for installation. The four installation techs Donald, Clay, Chris, and Dakota did a superb job. They listened to all of my concerns about concealing refrigerant lines, condensate lines, and drywall. They were very easy going and courteous. They worked swiftly, precisely and paid close attention to every detail. These were all characteristics of well experienced installers which set my mind at ease. Within the first half hour of watching them work I knew that I was in good hands and had the best possible technicians performing the necessary work. It seems almost impossible to find good people who perform great work these days and these guys went above and beyond in my opinion. Estes has made a partner for life in my book. I have even scheduled more work with them from their plumbing department for a bathroom remodel. I have every bit of confidence that we'll be just pleased with the outcome. If I can leave the reader of this review with anything, it is that Estes truly represents everything they strive to represent- honesty, quality and integrity without exception!

I was really worried about the water damage at my place, so I searched on internet for someone to clear this mess and I came across this company and called them instantly for help. The Experts arrived in just 30 mins after the call and did a great job removing and drying the water. I’m really glad that I chose them for help and would surely recommend them to anyone in need.

I have used Mr. Chen’s services twice now and he is very affordable, honest, straightforward, reliable, safe and fast. He is no nonsense plumber who gets the job done. His team came out to replace a seal on my toilet and today he and one of his guys replaced my water heater. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle my plumbing needs.

As a result of the major freeze, a pipe in my home burst. Riley came to the rescue! This young man is the truth! I was impressed with his skill, professionalism and overall demeanor. He even recommended a colleague to do our HVAC repair! Nick was equally awesome! Color me satisfied!

Tim and his team are great! We just bought a 12 year old house and immediately noted low water pressure in the 30s. The water company came out and found a leak in a water pipe going into the house. Tim’s team came out and after exposing the pipe, discovered that the builder installed the original pipe incorrectly which was part of the reason the leak developed. They quickly cut away the bad section of pipe and correctly installed a short length of copper pipe to correct the problem. No more leaks! They also checked my oven gas line for leaks and took a look at my tankless water heater. However I still had low water pressure. Tim came out the next day and determined that I had a cheap pressure reduction valve that was no longer any good. He replaced it with a top of the line pressure reduction valve. Immediately my water pressure went up into the 70s where it should be. I cannot recommend Tim highly enough. They were professional, fast, communicative, and reasonably priced. 5 stars!

This contractor was hired and sent out as apart of a warranty claim. The tech was very rude and unprofessional as well as delayed in arriving. I'm out of a service fee as a result of their poor evaluation and reporting and they refuse to reevaluate. And then want to estimate $180 for a $25 fridge line!! Rip off!!!

Rohan is an amazing dude, he is super honest and will go over the reasons why he would or would not have you change anything about your system. If you want an honest HCAV guy, Rohan is your man!

***WARNING*** DO NOT Trust Joey!! I hired him to do work almost a month ago and he has not completed the work. He will take your money and stop answering your calls. He will tell you he’s going to show up and never will. His work is terrible! I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I hired him and now I have to take him to court. Please save your money and go with someone trustworthy.

Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC has been a life saver for my company for for the last few years. I am a real estate investor with a portfolio of rental properties and homes that I flip. From my first experience with their owner, Steve, I knew this was going to go well. This is not your average mom and pop broke service company. I needed a reliable company with decent pricing, prompt service and able to carry the bill a while when we flip homes. Steve's company is just the right size for large jobs and small ones. They have installed multi-units in 14,000 square feet mini mansions for me to repairing and installs on my rental homes and condos small as 952 sqft. I can trust Steve and his crews to tell me what's going on and get an understanding before I incur a charge. In addition, they accept multiple forms of payment and I think I have used just about all of them. LOL. I highly recommend Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC. Did I tell you they installed a gas line in a formerly all electric home to get my buyer the gas appliances they wanted and installed a new water heater and took care of a sewage backup? I love these guys!
