I had a hot water heater go out at 5am on a Sunday morning and I certainly didn't think I could get service until Monday at the earliest. I called and left a voicemail on the superior phone number and I was called back by 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning and installed WITH NO AFTER HOUR CHARGE by Sunday at 4pm. That's what I call WOW SERVICE!

My furnace went out a few days ago. Naturally, it happened during our coldest spell since the beginning of the year. My entire Estes experience was great. I've always used this company and even though I have not needed them in a few years, I see why I always turn to them. Their customer service is what every company wishes their customer service was like. I ended up needing a new furnace--my old one was 19 years old, so I know I really needed it. The staff members who did the actual installation arrived early and finished in less time that I was initially quoted. RJ and Christian worked quickly and did a great job. They were professional and courteous. They explained the new system to me and left me with a manual and the proper information for changing the filter. Through this new furnace purchase, I met a total of 4 different employees. They were all outstanding. In addition to those I met in person, I talked to several folks on the phone and they were also kind, courteous and helpful. Thank you, Estes. Barry, Chris McBride, RJ and Christian worked hard to get my home warm again. I really appreciate that!

I spoke with some one set up my appointment and never heard back from anyone from this company again! I called 20x looking for the service technician once I seen my appointment window had expired but no one answered and the next business day I have still yet to hear from them even tho I’ve went with a more replicable company and received service they don’t know that! DONT DEAL WITH THEM KEEP SEARCHING ON GOOGLE PLEASEEEEEE

I was so grateful when Fix & Flow agreed to come in day-of to repair a leaky toilet. Jessica in the business office was so thoughtful in helping us coordinate a last-minute service, and Chad, the technician, was very warm & informative. He assured me that the repair was not only necessary, it was good preventative maintenance — a few more months of wear & tear, and my toilet supply may have worn through completely. We’ve only been in this house a week, so you can imagine my relief to have mitigated something that disruptive! Chad also did a courtesy check of our water pressure and, upon finding it was a bit low, bumped it up at my request without charge. Above & beyond for an emergency maintenance service! Will definitely be calling them again. 🚽 🚰💧

Although my toilet was plunged in the long run i was taken for a charge roller coaster. I was told 2 other things was wrong with my toilet when i knew all ot needed was plunged. They had to come out twice because they were so busy trying to figure out how to gouge me out of money that they forgot to plunge the toilet to unclog it smh. Then upon talkin to the very unprofessional technician he's going to stay I was just trying to get free services upon us hanging up like I did not hear him so I called him back to let him know I don't try to get over on anyone and they shouldn't do it either I just wanted what was fair and I hung up on him. The only reason why I'm giving two stars is because the customer service representative was nice and gave no hassle.

Fast friendly came out replaced my sewer line to street with a five year warranty yard looks great can barely tell they were there exceptional service would highly recommend there sewer services

Mr. Plumber sent a technician out the same day when we called for a broken pipe in our house. The plumber was very knowledgeable, polite, and explained everything very well. Damage was located and fixed very quickly. No complaints. Excellent service all around.

I was so happy to see T.J. and Steven at my house this morning; we had a backed up drain line and T.J. was here by 7 a.m. Monday morning to get it sorted out. They managed to clear the drain completely, get cleaned up, and head out in just over 4 hours. We used Fulton last year to replace our main drain from the house to the street and I would not hesitate to say that they are the only people we'll call from now on. Thank you so, so much!
