The Good: Technician was professional and arrived on time and was able to successfully complete the job.

The Bad: The company uses flat rate pricing, but the flat rate is not available on their website and they are unable to give any description of how charges are calculated. I was in a bind with no hot water due to cold water flowing backwards through my homes recirculation line. Bison took the opportunity to charge a hefty fee for a 1 hour job since they knew I didn't have much of a choice.

To change out a faulty check valve (that they had installed a few years prior) I was charged $675. This was with a repeat customer discount that brought the total down from close to $900. They stated that this is in line with others in the industry, but you can get a better combination of quality and price elsewhere. I certainly will not be using Bison again.

We called on Friday the 17th to set an appointment to get our Septic Tank pumped and they were able to get us in on Monday the 19th. We were given a time table between 12-4pm and we received our first call a little before noon saying Josh was on the way. They got here and went straight to work and in no time had found the tank and began digging. We really didn't know what to expect since we hadn't had it pumped since we purchased our home 3 years ago, but they kept us informed from start to finish. They showed us that we needed a little more done than anticipated and educated us on our options so that we could decide what we wanted to do. We got the extra work done and it took them no time at all. They wrapped up and gave us tips on how to keep it clean. They will be our go to for any of our Septic problems! Plumber claimed I was looking for an argument for just asking questions

I had an emergency late in the night! Within two hours Dominick was here to help. He cleared the line explained the issue and had team set up to come follow up in the morning. J.J. Came just as quickly, help assess the pipes further, gave us all our options and setup everything for same day. Brian came out did a check to follow up to make everything was ready and helped file a claim! Kamron and his team came out to repair the pipe all in less than 24hrs. Every single person was kind, empathetic, Professional! Their team communication is amazing! Thanks for helping our family!

Update: Mike B and Dylan T were here today to cut the vent in for the bathroom. This 64 year old house has tile floors that are about 3 inches thick with tile, cement and wood. They did a nice professional job on the installation, and were a pleasure to work with. I am very happy with all of the work that has been done on my house by Estes, and I will continue to use them for any other services that I need.For the first time in months I have a nice warm house. My experience with Estes has been great from start to finish. My initial consulation with Chase was very good, he took the time to explain all options and made great suggestions about the type of system that I needed. The installation team was here right on time today, and finshed the whole job in one day. They removed all of the exsiting system, installed all new equipment and ducts, and had everything up and running in what seemed like no time at all. Thank you Jared, James and Jacob for all of your hard work, I appreciate your time and effort. I highly recommend such a nice, friendly and professional group to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.
