Great experience! 5 stars. This is our second time utilizing the Gold Standard Plumbing services. The team is prompt, thorough and able to identify/correct the issue in no time. Would highly recommend and will use them for all of our plumbing needs.

Folks have been friendly, but so far the work has been unimpressive. In our guest room bath they first installed incompatible drain pipes with the sink drain, did not tighten the hoses connected to the faucet enough (and installed the hot on the right and cold to the left). The result? Water dripped all night onto the shelf of our brand new vanity, destroying the laminated edge and swelling it. They sent someone to repair this, and to finish our hall bath sink, and managed to mostly repair the guest sink, except for temperature directions. But, now the vessel sink in our hall bath leaks water onto the counter top. It never did this before, so I suspect they installed the drain incorrectly.

They are supposed to come out again, so I will update this if they manage to resolve the outstanding issues. So far, like I said: they've been friendly, but I am not yet pleased by the work.

Cameron and Michael were both extremely professional in explaining and executing all that they were going to do. They explained optional choices and the cost for each. They were careful to make as little damage as possible to our lawn. We hope we won't need to, but we will call them again if we need septic services. Thanks to both of them!

1. Very promp with responding to leak in my bathroom.

2. Spent the time to accurately find the reason of the leak, instead of just jumping on the first issue that might have caused it.

3. Very easy to get a hold of, and worked around my hectic schedule.

4. Day of install very prompt. Walked me trough the entire process.

5. Made sure to check after work was done to make sure that there were no leaks.

If you need plumbing work this is the company to call to get your Home back to full health.

Had a plumbing emergency. Major blockage in the sewer line. Toilets backed up, sewage backing up into the shower. A real mess. My plumber was not available and recommended I call Rotorooter. Called Saturday morning and they were there, as promised, by early afternoon. Narcis was the field supervisor to first show up and soon assessed that he had to call in for assistance. Emanuel, the assistant plumber, was there shortly after. Both were so professional and polite. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were both very knowledgeable and efficient. Price was fair and reasonable.Thank you!!!

These guys are awesome! They will break everything down for you so you understand the situation and are honest. Watching their videos on Facebook makes me laugh. You can see they have personality and know how to have a great time. You need a twisted sense of humor to work in this profession. Will highly recommend!

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

WMF came to restore the fire damage I had in my office. The scheduling was good and prompt and I was fully satisfied.

Tim provides the best plumbing service you could find in GA. He’s very responsive and responsible. He makes sure you know how to use your new equipment if you’re replacing a new one. He cleans the area after the work which is very thoughtful in my opinion. You can ask him any questions and he’ll be happy to assist if you’re new to plumbing service. Overall, I highly recommend his service! :)

John is a great guy and a great plumber. We use him for our primary residence and rental properties. He tells you like it is and gives great advice. Seriously, don't look anywhere else.

We had a pipe burst in our front yard that the city said was our responsibility. We had to turn the water to the house off completely. Fletch-Barney came out quickly and got me taken care of at a reasonable rate. I'll never use anyone else!
