Best Gas Line Problems in Atlanta GA

I was very disappointed in my first and last experience with Delta Plumbing. I called several local septic companies, and was given the same quote of $285 to pump a 1,000 gallon septic tank from each company. I decided to go with Delta, as they are a large, recognized brand. I should have been forewarned when the Delta receptionist mentioned on the phone that 'if the technicians find any problems when they get into the tank, there could be extra charges.'When the technicians arrived, they were courteous and kind, and began work immediately. However, after they got the tank opened, they found some 'issues' with my tank. Kevin, the technician, wrote me a quote that included a $250 upcharge for Excessive Solids & Sludge, a $250 upcharge for an 'over-filled' tank, and a $195 fee to clean the filter, taking my grand total for this job to $980!Wanting to be sure I was getting good service, I called another local septic company, Brownlee Septic, who assured me that they would pump my tank and clean the filter for a total charge of $285, with no upcharges (which they did within 24 hours). I walked back outside and told Kevin that I had another company on the way who would charge me a flat $285 to pump my tank. He then tried to convince me that 'no company will pump your tank for a flat fee, because it's all done by weight', but I decided to take my chances. After they refilled the hole, Delta charged me $125 for the 'service call'.**EDITED TO ADD: I am pleased to say that within an hour of posting this review, I was contacted by the company with an apology and a refund of my $125. I was also told that the filter upcharge, the 'over-filled' upcharge and the service fee were not company policy. I greatly appreciate the effort to reach out and improve my customer experience.

We had the most wonderful experience with Robert! He was incredibly thorough in reworking two significant leaks from past plumbing mishaps under our house, and then checked in to insure all was working. Highly recommended!!! The professionalism of the office staff made the experience fast and easy, too.

Chris was great! I had a leak under my kitchen sink the week of Thanksgiving. He came the same day and fixed it.

Update on earlier reviews. Now a five-time (and five-star!) customer with Fix & Flow. Chad uncovered a drain pipe burst resulting in a complete kitchen demolition to mitigate water damage to the floors, etc. Just completed a repair to the burst pipe, but also discovered a leaky water line pipe that was repaired by the mitigation company. Fix & Flow really has your back as a customer. Can't recommend them highly enough. Yes, pricey, but competent beyond your wildest dreams. A classic case of you get what you pay for -- the best.

These guys are great. Reached out to them about 7AM on 12/23 and they were here by 11AM. Micheal Poss was my tech and he was fabulous. Diagnosed the problem and we quickly came up with a solution and fixed it immediately. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again

I hired these plumbers and I’m impressed with their level of professionalism. They cleaned after their work, charged me a reasonable rated, and provided high quality services.

They were very responsive. The field tech had already sent me a text message before I finish wrapping up the call to the office. The field tech send us this ETA, along with his picture before he shows.

FAST AND AFFORDABLE

Called them on a Sunday morning at 10 am and they were at my house at 11:30 am to give me a free estimate. (on a Sunday!!!) The estimate was very fair and they replaced my entire water line the same day and even gave me friendly advice to getting my water bill reduced. Thanks Guys
