I can't say enough about these guys. I had an emergency clog in my kitchen sink that was causing water to overflow- they came out an hour after I called, after 5:00 on a Thursday. So polite and very honest about what was going on- they had my sink draining in about an hour.

This situation has been really stressful, as I was afraid to leave home with a substantial amount of water coming out of my drain regularly. These guys fixed that in a matter of hours, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Water Savers did a great job for me and was able to provide 3 different services that would have required three separate companies otherwise. Scheduling was easy and I had my results the same day.

Jontell created a mess in my home and my problem returned 2 days later and we weren't able to reach him when it did. Just go with an actual company and save your time and money!

This plumber is the worst! Told me it would take 2 or 3 days to get a hot water heater! Terrible customer service! Don't waste your time! Go to home depot and have someone else install your water heater.

Very unprofessional!! Lack of accountability not only from the employees but the owner as well. I have been dealing with the owner John since October it is now January and nothing fixed. He has a very poor attitude and only concern is giving rushed half service so he could make it to his tattoo appointment. Its always an excuse with these people. Three missed appointments, poor attitude, come to a work site unprepared, and still find the time to cry victim. The owner John had the nerve to tell me a customer he's doing me a favor. lol. I will be also reporting him to the BBB. Contractors like him and his staff makes it so hard for people to trust.

We had an excellent experience with RS Andrews. We needed a full system replacement, which was done in one day! The sales rep David was very knowledgeable about the options we had, and I was very impressed with his honesty, follow through and overall interest in our project. We ordered the mid-tier system, and later found out that availability was short- so they gave us a free upgrade to the top tier system at no extra charge! They made sure we had heat on one of the coldest weeks of the year, and the crew stayed late until everything was working. Great work all around and we will look forward to their Included service- we did not have to pay an extra charge for maintenance- it is included which other companies charged a monthly fee for.
