I had a water main leak in my front yard and was in a panic to get something done as soon as possible. Bison plumbing was incredibly helpful and friendly and were at my house the following morning after I called them. They did a great job and their whole staff was really pleasant and hard-working. I highly highly recommend them!!!

Not only was our repairman, Chet, prompt…he was actually early and did a fantastic job of assessing the situation and communicating it thoroughly. He was in and out within an hour. Very personable and courteous, with the price being commensurate to the job. Would highly recommend Atlantis and use them in the future!

I had a hot water heater go out at 5am on a Sunday morning and I certainly didn't think I could get service until Monday at the earliest. I called and left a voicemail on the superior phone number and I was called back by 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning and installed WITH NO AFTER HOUR CHARGE by Sunday at 4pm. That's what I call WOW SERVICE!

James is super smart, quick, and professional. Diagnosed and repaired the first sink, and then addressed another issue and installed broken stoppers in our sink (when every other company I've called has said we could find them ourselves and refused to help), and even took a quick look at our hot water heater to let us know what model it was. I love that they wore masks and booties unprompted. Also dispatchers are super pleasant and efficient. Best service in Atlanta.

We had a community clubhouse sewage back up. The emergency company that first came out could not locate the clog and wanted to start digging up our main line. Mr.Plumber was our second opinion and saved the day. They were east to work with, determined to fix our problem and did so in a timely manner. Mr.Plumber fixed it so our neighborhood pool could reopen! And they did it for less than the first company quoted.
