I researched a few plumbers before making the decision to hire PP. I'm very pleased with the decision. We had been without water for a few days (exhausting) due to hot water heater springing several leaks out of the blue. He brought the unit up to code by adding in copper piping and a heat expansion tank. I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and polite. I called Pipedreamz to get a serious clog in my main sewer repaired. I'd taken the time to get a few different quotes and theirs was the best for the services needed. Shawn came by and was able to remove my clog and insert a camera into the drain to diagnose the issue (ultimately revealing itself to be tree roots growing into my drain!). Our water main broke in our crawlspace during ceiling insulation installation—a nightmare!—and Shawn was out here within an hour to help us out. He talked me through the repair, got right to work, and pulled off a tough job cutting and fixing what’s probably a hundred-year old main water line in a small cramped space. He rebuilt the connection and added a new copper pipe, shown here. We’ll totally be calling him for any future plumbing work! Highly recommended!!

We had a leak in our bathroom in the basement and Shawn came to address it today. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He figured out the issue had to do with the kitchen sink pipeline and cleaned the drain. He came in a timely manner and finished the job in a timely manner as well. Pipedreamz (Shawn) was a “dream” come true for me. He provided end to end service that started with running a new line from the water meter at the street into my home, replacing the pressure relief valve, swapping out a tankless water heater, installing an insta-hot water tank under my kitchen sink (including running the electrical line), and installing a new faucet. He clearly stated what he would do, provided an excellent quote and followed through with everything we discussed! Shawn also found a degraded p-trap and drain line that would have been a nightmare for me had it not been brought to my attention. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of his work, the time it took to complete and his method of communicating with me throughout the extensive project. Both my mom and I had a pipe burst on this bitterly cold Christmas Day 2022 🥶🎄 Larger plumbing companies were not picking up phone but when my brother tried Pipedreamz Plumbing Shawn promptly responded. He confirmed he could come help my mom the next day. At that point my pipe hadn’t yet broken but when it did I reached out to Shawn, told him he’d been in touch w my brother and mom today, that I live 4 blocks from my mom and I too would greatly appreciate his help on Dec 26. He texted back and confirmed! Shawn came to our homes the next day and did the necessary repairs (different from one another). We enjoyed talking to him and his rates were better than the larger companies. Hope we don’t have anymore plumbing emergencies but we will certainly keep Shawn in mind for all our plumbing work in the future!

We had a water emergency on the Tuesday evening before Thanksgiving: a toilet's fill valve malfunctioned so that the tank wouldn't stop filling. This would ordinarily be no big deal, but at the same time the shutoff valve to the toilet began to leak profusely while in the shut position ... so if we turned off the flow of water to the tank, the valve leaked, while if we opened the shut off value to stop that leak, the tank would overflow. The only way to stop the leaking was to shut off the water for the entire house, which wasn't an ideal solution given that we had several guests staying with us for the Thanksgiving holiday.

I called five or six 24/7 plumbers, but none of them could send anyone out that night. When I called Pipedreamz Plumbing, Shawn answered immediately. I described the problem and he agreed to come over that same evening. I first called him at around 7pm, and our toilet was repaired by 9pm. We plan to call Shawn again after the holidays to do some other less urgent repairs for us. I highly recommend Pipedreamz!

In all he found and repaired two leaks, replaced fixtures in two different bathrooms, addressed a running toilet, and installed a dishwasher. His price was affordable and the quality impeccable. Truly a master of his craft! I called Shawn on a Friday, and he came out that day! I had been having issues with my washer drain backing up into my garage. After much back and forth with my warranty company, I'd had enough and called Shawn. He cleared a bad blockage in my main sewer line that the previous company said they cleared. Perfect score. I could not rate Shawn's service any higher. He cared for my home over the three weeks he worked here. The previous contractors (before I purchased my home) really did a number on my shower. The strangest occurrence was discovering a second shower floor. (Neither one of us has ever seen that before).

What can I even add to 129 reviews that are ALL 5 stars? Shawn takes huge pride in his work, and it makes a big difference. He really is a house doctor. I called him after coming home from vacation to a dripping pipe and water under the sink, nothing urgent but he showed up almost immediately. Turns out the prev owners had made some DIY plumbing choices without understanding that the guts of the house need to work with gravity not against it. Shawn came back on the weekend and completely re-piped the sink in just a few hours, very reasonable price for beautiful work that also gave us more storage space.

Mr. Pipedreamz was very thorough with repairing my pipes and was educational throughout. He has a great personality and takes great pride in his craft. He directed me through each step of the repair for understanding and awareness with me being a new home buyer. Please use his service!

Today Shawn came through for me and my family when I say GOD answers prayers he truly did today I called PipeDreamz and today my prayers were answered Today I was looking up reviews and looking for a grade A plumber with quality work while still being mindful of my tight budget I called around for a couple days for price quotes and Shawn price was in line with my budget and he showed up a hour after I called him he came to my home and fixed my kitchen plumbing and even gave me recommendations and referrals for other work I have been contemplating on getting done in my house in the future l would tell you the price but my husband feel like he gave us a special VIP price he made us feel like he gave us a family discount because the quality of work, thoroughness and quick response I could go on and on but my phone battery need to be charged just know this Shawn was a Godsend I like keeping my money in my community

Mr. Lindsey came and replaced my water heater promptly after the recent storm caused my old water heater to go bad. Within a few hours the new heater was installed and the old one was a memory. I appreciated the swiftness and precision of his work. Would definitely recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues.

After trying to find a plumber at last minute for gas line issue. Mr. Shawn responded instantly and came out the next morning. He addressed my original issue. Asked him for assistance for another matter (water heater). He provided me my options. Guess what? He returned the next day with Water heater and completed an installation.
