Best Full Plumbing Inspection in Atlanta GA

Robert was great. This is the second time I’ve seen him (first time with my home inspection, and this time to take care of a leak with the water heater). Got the problem taken care of, and always happy to answer additional questions if you have them. Would recommend and will use again.

Zac and his brother diagnosed and fixed an over pressure issue with our plumbing. It was a pleasure to have both of them at our house. They communicated well about their arrival and completed the work in a timely manner. Bonus points for getting along with our pup.

Palette Plumbing, specifically Bryan, has done a great job installing a new tub to replace the tub that was causing a leak into my kitchen. Very professional and Bryan was very kind and straight forward with estimates. No surprises and got the job done within a day by himself despite the difficulty of the task with removing the previous tub which he had to saw apart to remove. Also were able to recommend a sheet rock and tile partnering contractor to repair the cutting that had to be done.

Edit: Had to call them again to solve a different issue with a leak in our main water line. Jay Jay Barnes provided quick and efficient work and was very friendly the whole time.

I finally have an outdoor faucet that directs the spray for actual use after years of suffering. Had I known it would be a simple call and service, I should and would have done it years ago. Panther Plumbing were very responsive when I called and had great availability. The Plumber, Chris, arrived on time, provided me with information as to the cause of my faucet issue and new trends used today, and provided me with options to complete the job the same day. Even in the rain, he was able to complete the outdoor task and did a great clean-up at the end. Thank you, Panther Plumber.

Please don't use this company, they will make you regret it.

My service appointment was scheduled for 2-4PM, the technician showed up at 1:30 and then left. When I called at 2:05PM to get an ETA, the tech and scheduler said my appointment was being rescheduled for the next day. The tech said he had another job across town, the scheduler claimed the tech had a family emergency. So not only is this company inept, inconsiderate, and clueless, they also lie to their customers.

After reading the Response from the owner' and the obvious 'blah, blah blah' boilerplate stock apology/excuse, I felt compelled to point out that I left a message for the owner, Kim Gibbs, on the day G Force broke the appointment and never heard back from her so I seriously doubt she's looking forward to discussing.

Joe was professional and made certain our new tankless water heaters met our needs. Installation was expertly done. He is personable and clearly takes pride in doing his job well.

Jamar has already been very responsive at short notice for any of our plumbing needs. Very professional and knowledgeable. Found this company from a referral and we would refer this company to anyone in need of a good plumber. We appreciate good customer service. Thanks again!!!

Technician David came out for initial diagnosis of a broken and terribly clogged outdoor drain line than involved an entire 6 unit townhome building; and had also caused our home to flood.
He subsequently came back out and jetted entire line without incident, complete with after camera footage, showing a spic and span interior of line, spanning quite a long distance.
