Royal Flush Plumbing is my go to plumbing service. After failing 3 times to clean my waste pipe drain Jeff from Royal Flush Plumbing came by and helped out. Discovered a thick grease build up from years of cooking and he broke it up in under an hour. He gave me info on how to take better care of my drain pipes to prevent future build up and offered several cost effective methods when calling a plumber is too pricey.

I'll definitely stick with Royal Plumbers from now own.

This was such a smooth experience. The technician William came and gave us a detailed explanation of our options, a home inspection of all our plumbing and was very outgoing and knowledgeable. When they returned to do the repair he did everything himself and paid extreme attention to detail. I've worked with Royal Flush Plumbing twice now. They are fast, efficient, and super easy to work with. I had a leak when flushing my toilet and they came out and fixed it. They did not overcharge me and made the experience easy. Ryan was the worker who fixed it and he was excellent! Definitely recommend.

Had to be called out multiple times for simple issues that remained unfixed. We were charged for service calls where the plumber didn't come prepared and had to leave again.

We used this company based on the referral. Unfortunately, it did not work out.
We had a clogged toilet and the tech. said he would diagnose and fix the issue.
He put the wire to unclog the drain the toilet flushed and the water drained.
Next day morning, the toilet did not drain, we tried calling the tech's cell and he did not answer for 2 days.
Subsequently we called the company and the supervisor says there is no warranty.
What type of company is this that does warranty their work for 24 hours.
Make sure that you do your diligence before you pay.
If things change and they respond, I will change the review.

I was very impressed with my experience with Royal Flush Plumbing unlike other plumbing companies, Royal Flush comes out and checks the problem first before giving you an estimate while most other companies will quote you a pre-fixed estimate which I think is unfair because everyone's problem is not the same. Mr. Stuart did an excellent job taking the time to explain what was causing my plumbing problems and I am happy I chose Royal Flush Plumbing. The prices are affordable.

3 royal flush technicians and $975 later we finally identified the source of the leak. Technician 1 and 2 cut many holes and gave suggestions on potential problem, but didn’t find or fix issue. 3rd technician was scheduled for leak detection equipment but didn’t need to use it because he had the experience to find and fix leak. Tech 1 and 2 professional advice was far off from the actual problem. I suggest extra training and education for techs so fixing issue isn’t delayed and customers won’t incur extra expenses that don’t result in solutions. I also suggest better scheduling systems. We were slated for the 2nd rep to arrive between 11am and 2pm, he arrived at 4pm.

I have used Royal Flush Plumbing at several of the facilities I oversee. Every plumber has been by professional and courteous. They have fixed the problem and have even went above and beyond. I would recommend them for commercial or residential plumbing service.

Overall, I was very disappointed with the service. I heard of Royal Plumbing through a family member and was looking forward to having a experience professional repair a leak in my master shower. The phone call was great and the professional on the phone had somebody out within the same day. However, it was a negative experience afterwards...the plumber that showed up did not seem very engaged or experienced. After spending about 15-30 mins running water, he was able to identify the leak but could not determine if the source was actually the caulking or grout. He then recommended that I contact a different contractor to recaulk / regrout my shower since he could not repair it or guarantee that the leak would stop. So in other words, I was back where I started and still have a leaking shower. The only difference is I paid Royal Plumbing $125 to run water in my shower and tell me I have a leak...

Came same day (called after 6pm) and was able to accommodate a last minute schedule change to get my install done next day. Nick was professional and knowledgeable. Honestly, hr made a bad situation bearable and took the sting out of having to replace my water heater. Had initial visit and install within less than 24 hours. Highly recommend.

They came clean the sewer pipe. Within 3 weeks our floors and wall became saturated with sewer fluids. Now they claim they not responsible...
Highly frustrating and disappointed...

I'm remodeling my guest bathroom and changed my single sink vanity into a double. Royal Flush sent Austin out and he is amazing! He demoed the old large 72 inch vanity and stone top by himself and took it with him (bathroom is on the second floor by the way). Then once we bought the new vanity and had it delivered, he came back out and ran the plumbing for the second sink. I would have let him install the vanity as well, but I chose undermount sinks and that's a bit more involved, so the granite company I chose is doing that part along with a general contractor whose installing the vanity base.

He also fixed a leaky toilet shut off valve that another plumber claimed to not be able to remove (took Austin 10 minutes to complete), and he replaced the toilet with a new one we bought.

Royal flush will have all my future plumbing business!

Beware, I paid $3,500 to have the roots removed from underground pipes, they also request to sign a contract to pay for their equipment if they break it. After work was completed they stated that I still have a root problem and will cost additional $300 per hour. Unbelievable, the problem didn’t go away and still had the same issue 2 months later. They also damaged my drive way and it took a lot to get them out to fix it, which they did, it was a disgrace and the driveway cracked within a week. I work for a big corporation company and they stated for that amount of money they should have removed all roots not just from the side area. Scammers, don’t risk it……

Royal Flush was a life saver. I discovered I had a leak in my basement over the weekend but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I called Royal Flush and spoke with Vickie, she was super nice and understanding and beyond helpful. She explained the whole process answered all my questions and concerns and took awesome care of me. The technician Jose was beyond amazing! He showed me exactly what was wrong, why it was leaking and how he was going to fix it. He kept me notified during the entire repair as well as once he was done he walked me through how to operate the new valve he installed and why it was needed. He also showed me a few other plumbing issues to be mindful of as well. Overall I highly recommend calling Royal Flush for any of your plumbing needs. They took awesome care of me and my new home. They are friendly, fast and reasonably priced.

I have a single-story home in Midtown Atlanta that was completely renovated, electrical, plumbing, new appliances etc. Whoever was contracted out to do the plumbing job did a very poor job and we have been having a steady stream of issues with the plumbing since we have moved in.

Enter, Royal Flush Plumbing. They are not going to be the cheapest option around, but they are open 24/7, and usually can send someone out to you same day. I have used them for 3 jobs now and everytime, I have been met with professionalism, and no-nonsense.

I want to specifically mention the most recent work that I needed to have done. My garbage disposal in the kitchen has been leaking and the problem recently became worse. I decided to call Royal Flush to come out and get an estimate on the repair costs. They were able to schedule me for a same-day appointment and they sent Mitch to come check out the problem.

Mitch found that the garbage disposal was not installed properly (3 tension screws were missing) and that water had leaked into the electrical compartment of the disposal unit. He deemed it a potential fire hazard and quoted me for the replacement of the entire unit (1 quote for the same unit, 1 quote for a smaller unit). I had scheduled another plumber to come in during the weekend to get a second quote on the repair. Thus, I told Mitch that I would get back to him on Saturday once the other plumber had assessed the situation.

Mitch showed genuine concern and called his manager because he felt uncomfortable leaving the garbage disposal in that state. After conferring with his manager, he told me that he wanted to come and replace the garbage disposal for FREE. I was sceptical at first, but he assured me that this was the only right thing to do. Albeit, he replaced the unit with the smaller 1/3 horsepower Badger 1 unit vs. the 1/2 horsepower Badger 5 unit. But, even so, for no charge, I am thoroughly impressed. It is not everyday that you see this level of service. Again, Royal Flush is by no means the cheapest way of servicing your plumbing needs. However, they get the job done, and they get it done right.

10/10 would call Royal Flush again.

Royal Flush Plumbers showed up on time 9/06/14 which was on a Saturday. (Patrick and Ron) They were nice and courteous and did a good job at a fair price. I will be sure to call Royal Flush again the next time I need a plumber.

I was absolutely ripped off. Guy has charged me $695 for a valve repair taking 40 min to do. I am very pregnant and not thinking straight, which man loved to take advantage of! My loss his gain…

Brandon P. is my hero! Our water heater died on a Friday night. I called on Saturday morning and it was completely installed by that evening. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure I didn't miss my important evening plans. He was very detailed in his explanations regarding what we needed, why we needed it, and what it would cost.

We have used Royal Flush service a while back & they were great. We called again for a bigger issue & there was poor follow through in the beginning. The office manager did find a way to correct the issues & the service was finally taken care of.

We have used Royal Flush several times in the last few years at our office and at home. They respond promptly to emergencies and do excellent work. I had a very poor experience with Royal Flush. After having a valve installed (our entire townhouse complex) - the water pressure was extremely low. When I called to ask about having it checked out, the female on the phone was extremely rude. I understand if there may be a charge and little can be done, but she didn’t even give me the time of day or hear out my request. If given the choice - I would NOT use this plumber.

At a labor rate of nearly $400 per hour to install floats in a pump basin, I expected professional, knowledgeable, and quality work. I didn’t get that. Though the technician was likeable, he didn’t seem too concerned about doing competent and quality work. I had done my homework on this project, but was unable to do the work myself due to a health condition. Thus, I was shocked to see that Royal Flush Plumbing had wired the float switches improperly to the control panel (even though the wiring diagram was posted on the box). Next, I was shocked to see that the floats were not mounted correctly to the discharge pipes, even though the floats came with instructions on how to properly mount them. Additionally, the floats weren’t positioned correctly within the basin. Floats are not supposed to touch the basin wall nor to interfere with the pumps nor with each other. Yet each of these errors occurred. Additionally, the float wires weren’t routed properly. They were supposed to enter the house through a hole in a panel. Instead, they were routed haphazardly and differently from each other, creating an aesthetic mess that will require custom cuts on the exterior house panels. And the Royal flush plumber did not close the access panel, nor did he bolt the lid onto the pump basin when he “finished” the job. For a nearly $400 per hour labor charge (it’s easy to take advantage of those down on their luck) I did not get quality nor even competent work from Royal Flush plumbing.

I had a terrible experience with Royal Flush these people charge me $200 to remove a toilet that wasn't even bolted down. Dont deal with them because it all about the money. I will never ever do business with them and will never recommend no one to use there service.

I was visited by Royal Flush Plumbing today. The technicians' name was Stuart Jones. He was very punctual and very professional. I can honestly say that he went above and beyond to make the necessary repairs to my bathtub faucet as well as installed a new shower head. He was extremely proficient and pleasant. I have used Royal Flush for many years now; not only for my residential service but also for my commercial service as well. I must admit, this company is the best for all your plumbing needs.

This company has the most integrity that I have experienced in Atlanta. They are customer service driven. The plumbers are excellent. They will give you a free estimate. They honor their quotes and they honestly fix your problem. If they have to come back, they will. They are open 24/7. I will continue using and recommend this company.

The service at Royal Flush was excellent. The plumber came in and was very nice and personable. I only had one issue with Royal Flush. They were behind by a couple of hours, therefore no one came at the appointed time. I had to call to see if someone was still coming, since it was getting late in the evening. I think someone should have called to let me know that they were running a couple of hours behind. That was the only issue I had. Other than that, the service was awesome!

I hired Royal flush to find a leak that I had in my basement. Called them Thursday night and they were able to have a technician come out the next morning. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. He found that the underlying issue was existing plumbing that did not come close to standard code. He gave me a couple options to fix this problem once and for all. Thought the pricing was very reasonable so decided to more forward with having them do the work. Technician was very polite, personable, and communicated to me very clearly throughout the whole project. Was very impressed and will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs!

If you like your money, stay away from this company. They are not only sale you hard on what you don't need, they also DO NOT respond. They just take your money and GONE!! They simply don't care! Unfortunately we ignored the Google reviews, thinking who knows what really happened with other people. Don't make the same mistake.

My water heater needed repair, so I called Royal Flush. They were able to schedule an appointment for me that day, which was on a weekend, and at no extra cost. The plumber they sent really knew what he was doing. He showed up right on time, could not have been nicer, and was obviously an expert. It is apparently a pretty sophisticated water heater, because the first plumber we called was stumped...but the Royal Flush plumber diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it repaired fairly shortly thereafter...and the price was very fair.
