Called to get a job quoted, and she put me on hold to check if I was in their service area. On the website I looked at a map of their service area which shows my house in the area. In fact it shows all ITP inside their area. She got me back on the phone to mention that I was much too far our of their service area. I mentioned that being inside city limits was too far for them? She made a snide comment of how large Atlanta is and that they service all the way up to Johns Creek, and down to 20 and out to 285 but do not go south of 20.

My house is 13 miles from their office. If you are not going to service the south side, do not include it on your website and inside your map.

Was very timely and pleasant to talk to. I let him do his thing and all was done quickly. Price was reasonable for a water heater install. Install went well and cleaned up after work was done. Only hiccup was the breaker wasn't turned back on so the wife had a nice cold shower this morning. Still a job done well, I'll enjoy a hot shower with my new heater soon.

Showed up same day to get the emergency repair done.

I called the plumbing detectives to try to solve an issue at 11 am, described the problem to Jason and he said it sounded like I needed x, that he had a colleague not part of plumbing detectives that could probably solve the problem as well as Jason could. Jason said he would see if the person was available and call me back. Less than 5 minutes later Jason called back and said that his colleague was available and asked if I could be home in an hour. I was able to get home, the guy called to say he was running 15 minutes late. I described the situation and the guy was very straightforward, no bs, and less than 30 minutes later the problem was solved. Total time from call to fixing the issue was less than 2 hours.
In some ways this should be, and is, a recommendation for the guy who did the work but I was impressed that Jason from the plumbing detectives gave up the chance to do a consultation to make some money to then say I needed the services of his colleague. Instead, Jason listened and correctly diagnosed the problem and steered business to the person who would most easily get the job done. That kind of integrity is not so common now and I will definitely recommend the plumbing detectives to my colleagues if they ask for a plumber or if I need any other services.

We had a emergency on Saturday morning a burst water pipe. We called Phillips Co and they were here at a reasonable time. Got estimate and work was completed that day. I would recommend Phillips company for plumbing services.

Peach Plumbing & Drain was very responsive to my call about a clogged bathroom drain and was able to come out within hours, even though the problem was not acute. This is the second time I have used their services in two years, different problems. Peach Plumbing is on my list of go-to repair services.

John was knowledgeable and responsive to all that was needed to correct the issue.

Update: In less than 3 hrs of my original post, I received a call from Owner R. Ingram. He was very kind and interested in learning what happened, and wants to get things right.
He didn't reference the post or ask me to change anything. Thanks for caring enough about my experience to call. Original Post: They were available to replace a broken water heater but in hindsight, I wished I had waited 1 day and let High Priority Plumbing do the job instead because Better Plumbing prices are higher, but product and service is inferior. A year after the heater was installed, a part failed. Better Plumbing wouldn't contact Rheem to get the part and was going to charge me more than High Priority to repair the heater. The High Priority plumber, communicated with Rheem. If you just need a job done, this company is fine, but if you want a great experience and company that really stands behind their work, you might want to consider other options.
