I called based upon previous reviews and the fact that the company was 24/7. I had an issues with my water heater he stated that he would be there by 11 am and was early. Diagnosed the issue (fried water heater). Next day he helped select new heater and installed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use his services again.

I called Atlantis for a faucet replacement. Come to find out there was a reason the faucet broke in the first place. Our regular valve for the water pressure was completely rusted out and old. Tim Robinson did a great job with finding the underlying issue so we didn’t have the same issue come up again, saving us time and money.

Fantastic service yesterday. I have a contract with Estes for heating/air, electric and plumbing. I love that they are just a call away when I need them! They were also great before I had the contract when I would call they on an as needed basis. Either way, Estes is a good supplier of services.Yesterday I got the (free, under my contract) spring maintenance of my air conditioner and furnace. And, he then analyzed why my heat/air is uneven throughout the house. Very useful! He really went the extra mile for me.And, he was so polite and respectful of my home. I love the little booties all the Estes folks wear when they come inside, and the way they take away any trash like the old filter when they leave.And, Estes is great about coming in the timeframe they tell you they will.
