Scott at Plumbpros came to figure out where a sewage smell was leaking into our bathroom. Of course, the smell was not present when he was there, so he could not immediately determine the source. The only option seemed to be a smoke test that would have cost hundreds of dollars, would not guarantee that source would be found, and would not include the cost of fixing the problem. All hope seemed lost before Scott, using his super powers of investigation asked when the last time the master bath had been used. The answer was at least 2 years. Scott bet his mother's life that p-trap was dry and the smell was leaking in through there. We ran some water through the tube and the smell has not come back. We were not charged a penny for his visit. Scott at Plumbpros saved us hundreds of dollars and fixed the awful smell in our bathroom. I highly recommend calling Plumbpros for your plumbing needs.

Today, we had two technicians (Adrian and Sherman) come to complete some work and they were amazing. They were professional, arrived on time (with a call 30 minutes prior to let us know they were on their way), and completed the work efficiently and effectively. Great job and highly recommended.Update: We had an issue with our cooling system and it was such a headache but we had 3 people who really knew what they were doing and ensured we were able to get up and running with a new system and back to staying cool.
