This is a great family-owned business.I love working with companies like this. When you own the company, every client transaction is personal because all you have to sell is your reputation. Cy (who has been with them 18 years - a very good sign) came out earlier than his appointed time. He was a very likable guy and diagnosed the problem quickly. He made the repair and left the site clean and tidy. I asked questions about 2 other small problems and he gave me great advice. The price was very reasonable (probably because I did not have to pay for billboard advertising). These are great people!

Wonderful service called Friday morning for a leaking drain, scheduled for Saturday morning. Received a call Friday evening that they could come early. Came out Friday evening gave a quote did not have all parts to complete job as they were odd ball parts. They came back first thing Saturday morning with the parts and completed the job and the quote never changed. WONDERFUL SERVICE AND IN MY OPINION THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.

I cannot say enough about Zippy Plumber! I had a problem with a major blockage that cause sewage to backup in my downstairs toilet. David and Dan the Man arrived promptly and were courteous, professional and knowledgable. David is a Rockstar! He used their top of the line Camera and Location Technology to diagnose the problem and walked me through every step and explained the process. He provided options and gave sound advice. I ended up having a clean out installed which took most of the day to complete. David is a perfectionist and paid close attention to detail. Dan the Man is a very hard worker and did an excellent job. These men took such pride in their work and me confident that everything would be done properly. David went above and beyond to make sure pipe obstruction was cleared (it turned out to be extensive tree roots in the sewer line) He kept me updated on everything he was doing and gave me sound advice for what to look out for in the future. This was a major deal for me and I am grateful that Zippy Plumber was able to come out and remedy the problem. Good Service is truly a blessing and I can say I received the best from Zippy Plumber. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
