I had an amazing experience with Estes Services. My A/C wasn't working and American Home Shield kept sending out terrible technicians in order to save money. We had Estes come and the told us the immediate problem and how to fix it. My technician was David Davis and he was patient and extremely competent. He spent the time after the visit to explain things to me and give me advice. He even said that Estes wasn't the only good company. I told him that they were great and that I would only use Estes.
