Robert Camp and Demarcus from Atlantis came out today to help me with a few issues ranging from fixing a natural gas leak to installing a bidet, and they were awesome! they were both friendly and knowledgable, and Robert was great at explaining the work they did.I had called with the intention of getting a quote for a new water heater, but they took one look at my unit and explained why I wasn't due for a replacement and showed me the indicators of a unit that's on its way out.I've used Atlantis a few times, both for myself and on behalf of my condo association, and each time my experience has been similar. these guys are great!

Great they knew exactly what they were doing

Coolray/Mr. Plumber left toilet disassembled on a Friday to pick up a Sloan valve. Flush valve failed over the weekend and flooded our entire office suite. They brought in a remediation crew. Halfway through the job, Coolray’s insurance company denied the claim. Coolray pulled the remediation crew and left us with with sanding, priming, painting and cove base to do on our own dime. Unbelievably unprofessional and lost a long time commercial AND residential customer.Bonus Track: Remediation company sent Coolrays bill to collections against my company. Unreal.

Informative, nice, good work quality, but crazy expensive. Over $700 to reattach the existing tub faucet that popped off seems like a lot.
