We were nearing the end of the project and I called Tim and within two hours he had a technician on our job site performing the inspections and making the connections to the meter for us. It was a coincidence that I chose Andrew to do some plumbing work. I called my mom to see if she knew any licensed plumbers. At the time Andrew happened to be at her home repairing her plumbing needs. I had gotten a quote but wanted another one. He was nice enough to quote me a price sight unseen only via pictures and my description of what was needed according to the previous quote. Andrew did a great job; he was very fast and tidy. I would recommend and utilize his services again.

I am very satisfied with my Mr. Rooter of Atlanta service. I experienced a clogged main sewer line that unfortunately backed up sewage into my home. Jay Akers and his assistant, Tony, arrived in less than 24 hours, on a Sunday morning. They explained everything they were going to do, did it, and discussed what they found. They had to return in 48 hours to fix it, but before they left, they left my bathroom clean, swept the main hallway, and eased my fears. When Jay returned with his new assistant, Jeremy, they fixed the problem with a large machine, tools and a lot of expertise and hard work. I am a tough person to please, and I have nothing but praise for Jay Akers and his team members. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Jay really appeared to enjoy his job and had a good sense of humor. He helped me get through a tough situation and made the experience surprisingly positive. Thank you, Jay!

My dishwasher was leaking, flooded the kitchen floor. Called and Micheal Poss came out within a couple hours. He showed up, introduced himself, got right down to business, figured out the issue, kept me in the loop with his repair plan, and had it resolved within minutes. He let me know what the issue was, explained what he was going to do to fix it, and made sure I was on board, before trying to up charge me or add a whole bunch of nonsense. He completed the repair and was super personable during the entire process. Highly recommend and will definitely be passing his contact info to anyone I know who needs it! 10 out of 10!
