Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

I had a blockage in the main line which disabled the entire plumbing system of my house. I contacted BSA and requested help for my service issue, and within minutes, I got a call from the owner of the company, who personally came out to my house to evaluate the repair. Afterwards, he called in a company plumber and both entered the crawlspace and proceeded to cut out a section of pipe to clear out the blockage and promptly restored service to the house. I was extremely pleased with the entire service experience and would highly recommend this company!

Justin Medlin did a great job repairing our plumbing last week. He was on time, very professional and polite. We were experiencing very low water pressure throughout the house. I had a freeze break in a pipe that cost $1500 and three separate trips to fix. It just didn't feel like they really cared about doing the job right the first time, or working with me to make things right in the end. It was all about bottom line, squeezing every penny they could out of a vulnerable customer, and certainly didn't care about consumer loyalty. Since I was told their work is covered, I continued using them to fix the problem, but the costs kept mounting after each visit. The manager, Steve, constantly interrupted me, and was very dismissive when we tried to work out a resolution. First and last time using Peach Plumbing & Drain.
