I called Ruben's Plumbing because he was recommended. Had a problem with an odor that no one else was able to locate. Explained to Ruben what was happening. Ruben explained what needed to be done to locate problem. Had his staff go out the next day. When I got to property his staff explained what they were going to do to locate problem. They located problem, were able to fix the problem same day and even doubled check to make sure there was no more odor. His employee's were very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Thank you Ruben's Plumbing.

We found a leak in our gas line that runs across front yard just days before the big freeze of 2023. Called many plumbers with no answers or long wait times.GreenStar was the only one that came to our rescue with responsive initial visit and quick followup to get the parts and make the repairs, as well as pushing the city (at a busy time for them) to get the emergency permitting and inspection done.Chris came out many times to meet with the city inspector and gas company person as well as making the repairs. Even painted the new pipes. We are so thankful to have hot water back!

Starr Sewer and Drain did a fantastic job replacing my sewer line! Speaking to and working with Starr was very educational. Starr went far and beyond when provided details and explanations. In return I feel it is only fair to provide the same thorough approach to this review. The Estimate – Extremely detailed and clear. The Contract – Again, very detailed and clear. Office Staff – Answered the phone on 2nd/3rd ring and either answered my question(s) or provided an answer by the end of the day. Reliability – Never made excuses (other than the day it rained), started on time, completed the job a day earlier than expected. They provided me with thorough documentation: Engineer Report, pictures, measurements, proof of permit application, proof of permit being closed, copy of my warranty. Organizing Jobsite – At the end of each day, the jobsite was clean and organized, the dirt removed from the trench had tarps under and over each pile. No food wrappings, cans, bottles left in the yard. Overall Experience – great communication, hardworking crew, friendly office staff.

Tim Stevens has performed a lot of work on our home so this is a long review! The short story: Tim is wonderful and you can trust him with any plumbing needs that you have.QUICK RESPONSE TIME / GOOD COMMUNICATORTim did a lot of work on our house over a 4 month period so we were constantly communicating. From the beginning, Tim was extremely responsive and explained the work that needed to be performed very well and in what order. He and Glynnis provided detailed estimates and fair prices. As first time home renovators, I appreciated Tim's quick responses and patience with all of my questions. When I was concerned that we might have had a water leak, Tim arrived that same day and assured us that everything was okay. Free of charge.CARE AND ATTENTION TO DETAILTim understood we were on a budget on our renovation. If he had a recommendation, they were always necessary repairs or additions to the scope of work. He takes pride in his work and made sure our plumbing was up to code and safe. When finishing out the shower in our master, we ran into an issue with the tile. (Tim did not install the tile, we used another vendor.) Tim was very concerned that the tile had been installed improperly. He immediately called us to explain the situation and stopped his work so we could inspect the problem. Unfortunately, we did need to redo the tile work. Tim was very understanding and came back to finish our shower once the problem had been resolved. Other plumbers may have ignored this issue and continued with their project. Tim chose to do the right thing so that we would not have problems down the road.DEMOLITIONTim helped us demo out an old wet bar in our home in order to remove a wall between the dining and living room. This was a complex, multi-day project. He removed and disposed of the old sink and faucet, removed and routed old piping, and filled in the floor with concrete. Tim finished the work and left the area clean. You cannot tell there was ever a wet bar in this house.Tim also helped us re-route a gas line in our kitchen. This enabled us to remove the wall from the kitchen to the living room as well. We now have a cooktop in our peninsula!Tim also removed our old hot water heater and replaced it with a new one. This made a huge difference for how quickly our water heats up!MASTER BATHWe gutted our master bath with Tim's help. We removed the old bath/shower combo to create a walk-in shower. Tim moved the drain to it's new spot, routed plumbing to allow for a rain shower head and new shower wand. The shower is my favorite part of our house renovation. We have excellent water pressure and can switch between the rain head and shower wand with ease.Tim also installed new faucets in our master bath after new countertops were added. They look perfect!KITCHENTim installed our new garbage disposal, dishwasher, and kitchen faucet. Tim also replaced the old water valve behind our refrigerator and hooked up our refrigerator to the plumbing.Tim hooked up our new cooktop to the gas line running behind our cabinets.GUEST BATH(S)Tim replaced all of the old leaky valves under our sinks in the other two bathrooms of our home. He also moved the valve for one of our toilets over in order to allow for a 12 rough in size. This saved us quite a bit of money since we were able to use a standard toilet size.

Andrew was a life saver today! I had an outside water line bust yesterday and run water all day while I was at work. My neighbor called Diamond plumbing thinking the issue was his water line. Turns out that Andrew found that it was my water line that was busted and went ahead and shut off my water. He left his card on my front door, and was able to make it out this morning to make the repair. The break was at the spot that one of the 'Large Plumbing Companies' had repaired less than 2 years ago.Instead of just replacing the busted elbow, Andrew actually routed the piping in a way to make the line much more reliable.Diamond Plumbing is a company that does a great job at a fair and honest price. These 'Big Companies' will take advantage of people when they are in a vulnerable situation. These guys just want to get you back to your normal day at a fair price. Will be using them from here on out!!

Similar experience to the other home warranty folks in these reviews. They came out and identified that my hot water heater had a leak. Then after my home warranty company ok the work they wanted to charge me for code upgrades. Which is fine b/c we should get up to code, but looking at the list:$300 for a drain pan at the bottom. $450 for an expansion tank install. $250 for t&p with copper fittings and $300 for a gas flex line. All in all $1300 to get it up to code. Are you kidding me???The parts alone cost less than $150!!!No way that's $1200 in labor for a 40 gallon tank replacement that two guys can knock out in 4 hours. Add to this the home warranty company would pay them $650 for the install and tank. So they'd profit almost 2K on a half day of work minus $150 in parts.Come on, this isn't rocket since. This breaks down to $462 per hour for labor charge with their reimbursement!Of course I did not use them, but this joke of a service made me laugh. The girl I spoke with on the phone was nice and responsive though so that was a plus. I guess they'll rip you off politely.Buyer beware.

In March of 2016, Make It Drain came to fix our stopped-up tub under our home warranty plan. They got the tub unclogged, but used sulfuric acid, which ruined the enamel. The good news is they called in a tub refinisher - another company - to refinish the tub. The bad news: they called in a subpar tub refinisher, who had to come back five different times over the last two years to fix their shoddy work. When the finish bubbled after the 5th time, we decided to give up and call an accredited refinisher. So, yeah, Make It Drain got our tub unclogged, but we'll soon be in the hole $700 as a result of working with them.

The service was fine. However, because they didn't have a correct email for us, we never received our bill - THE FIRST PHONE CALL, woman left a message threatening to 'put a lean on our home'....what?! I still have the voicemail for proof. I'm still shocked.
