Our plumber Brendan Myers was very respectful of our home throughout the whole process. First off he inspected our plumbing (which is natural), he placed his own mat down to keep everything dry, then he did his thing. The whole time he made sure not to make a mess and constantly checked for leaks and such. He was very kind with my husband and myself and just chatted very naturally. He made sure to keep his own mask on the whole time and he simply respected us and our home. Will definitely use Aloha again if we ever need to in the future!

I made an confirm apointment with them, but followed up with them and they said I wasn't on the list. They came up with alot of excuses about why I was not on the confirm appointment-excuses were new employee, and new computer system. I was waiting for them all day, what a waste of time!

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
