Billed $400 for them to fix the issue with my hot water heater. Thermostat was replaced. Water still isn't hot. Guys that came were super nice during their visit but Guy at the other end of the phone line seemed really inconvenienced by our asking why it wasn't working. is that even legal?

My kitchen sink was backed up and they came out quickly. The plumber was a nice guy and explained the repairs to me. I think i got a fair price and it was done quickly.

Abel came out the first time and did a great job however, I needed him to come back and re-set 2 toilet. I was on a strict schedule because I don't live in the town the work was to be performed. I had an appointment with him on a Monday afternoon. Called him 3 times that day. He never showed up & I still haven't heard from him. That was 4 days ago. I had to leave town and the toilets are still in the back yard.

After the crazy winter storm, we had a burst pipe. The coordinator assured me they would get to me as fast as possible and explained the process. The same day, they sent a team to assess and fix any immediate needs and schedule a detailed fix later in the week. The plumbers were pleasant and helped walk me through what was needed without trying to upsell or gouge the prices. They made a stressful situation of a burst pipe into a pleasant experience.

We found ourselves in a challenging situation with a drain and when we called the office, they were so supportive in letting me know that they would get someone to take care of the dilemma right a way. After two plumbers told me a leaky valve couldn't be fixed and that a new line would need to be run, I reached out to ADK because he's in the 'hood. Chris was at my house within 30 minutes and fixed the 'unfixable' valve, saving me over a thousand bucks. He also gave me a quote to run a new line in the future and his price was MUCH better than anyone else. New plumber for life!

Vincent arrived out because our drain tile system in the basement was blocked. He explained what he was doing. Showed us the footage and let us make an informed decision. He was thorough and didn't leave until the project was done. He even came back the following morning to do one more clean out to ensure the chemicals used had done their job. It was expensive but way cheaper than a whole new install. I would recommend.

I had a slab leak in the garage. It was a small leak which made it hard to find. Once located, a repair was proposed and completed the very next day. Have some holes in the drywall that are needed to isolate water lines. Over very pleased with the outcome. The leak was located, confirmed and repaired. Can't ask for more than that. I would recommend and will use them again, though hopefully not too soon
