Very professional and very responsive. I called because we had a water leak in the front yard. It the Saturday before Easter and left a message. I did not expect to receive a return call until Monday since their hours are Monday thru Friday and it was a holiday weekend. To my surprise Mike called me back within the hour. He explained that he couldn't come out until Monday and because of digging in the yard and getting muddy it would need to be the last appointment of the day. Again, I understood completely and told him we would be here whenever he could get to us. To my delight 8:00 am Monday morning Mike was at our front door ready to work. He had moved around his schedule for the day to help us. Amazing customer service that you just don't see very often anymore.

Had a minor leak around the toilet tank and base. Also concerned about drainage from hot water system over pressure line to the outside. Tank leak fixed, bolt holding tank to base was loose. Drainage was from condensation of the tankless hot water flue.

The guy came to my house and ran the snake in in the clean out for about 2 minutes then my toilets started flushing again so he packed up said everything is good now just don’t flush anything other than thin toilet paper and you won’t have any issues, charged me $209 for that and left.
The very next morning my toilets stopped flushing again but luckily I had ordered a snake and it was gonna be delivered that morning, I ran it my self again in the clean out and I got so much more wipes and other stuff that should’ve been already cleaned out.
We just moved into the house and we had no idea how packed up the drains were and we’ve been very careful with it.
I’m not sure if he intentionally barely opened it so it would backup again and I would have to call him again and pay him another $209 to get it the rest of it or he just simply doesn’t care. Either way lesson learned.
Stay away and don’t waste your money.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are extremely communicative and prompt. They gave us a timeframe, and showed up within that time frame. Gabe was awesome. If you need a plumber, they’re your guys. Their pricing was more than fair. We will certainly call them again if needed.

Taylor was more than competent. He thoroughly explained the repair he would make which was saved me money and time and got the AC up and running again.

They were good and professional. But they should be careful while handling items. Also they were considerate wearing cover on shoes but one time they missed to put it on. But overall good experince but a bit expensive as compared to other companies in the area.

I had an issue with no hot water throughout the whole house. I assumed that it was a water heater issue and assumed that I would need to replace the unit. Legacy Plumbing was able to come out the same day as I called. They gave me a 2 hour window and they actually were able to arrive a bit early! Mike and Alex were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. They diagnosed the issue quickly and resolved the issue in no time! Instead of trying to get me to replace the water heater right now, they visually inspected it and said that it looked to be in fairly good condition. They said that I did not need to replace it right now. They gave me a quote for replacing it in the future when I am ready to do that. Mike and Alex were awesome! Thank you again!!

Blue Frog plumbing did an excellent job on our recent plumbing problem. I appreciated how they thoroughly explained the problem & solution. They kept me informed along the way as the repair became more complicated and required extensive excavation under my house to repair a broken sewage pipe under the foundation slab. They honored my initial quote despite the additional time, labor, setbacks and hassle that arose with the project. Blue Frog’s customer service is outstanding! From the first contact to the end, each employee was conscientious, articulate and proactive.
I was very impressed with our master plumber Jeremy. He was very thorough and professional. He has a great attitude to go along with his skill. He is a pleasure to have around and empathetic to the frustrations that accompany plumbing repair.
