Michael arrived on time and got straight to work. Asked him a few questions and was informed of the costs to do the repairs. We learned we needed a new hydrant faucet and Michael procured one for us which was above the quoted cost. We agreed to replace it and expected to incur that costs above the original quote. I'm very pleased with the service he provided and would recommend him. Thank you Michael.

Great plumbers, real people who care. During the big freeze of 2021 (February) they prioritized their clients based on severity, and worked late hours to get me a replacement water heater when they were super hard to find in Texas. I'll be using their services again, I'm sure of it.

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

My home water stopped during the recent freeze and water stopped completely after we return from a holiday. I was told in advance that i would be charged $199 for emergency service. Although only thing plumber did was shut off my main valve and we had to still wait for 2 days for the pipes to thaw by their own. I would still rate them for their professional and on time service.

Curtis was on time and was professional and let me know what he was planning on doing before he began . He completed replacement of the pipe . I would use Curtis again if I ran into other plumbing problems in the future.

Outstanding plumbing work.

The two techs who came excavated outside in stormy wet muddy conditions to fix a leak under concrete slab from a foundation repair. Their boss should give them a bonus for bad weather days and do their laundry. I was sure they were gonna reschedule but they got the job done!I also wanted to add that the other InHouse techs for plumbing inspection and leak detection I felt were honest and the fees were upfront and no surprises. I spoke with another company for a quote and their fees were much more expensive and a bit confusing when it came to calculating labor, amount of time spent on job, and depth of dig. More of a coin toss in price which I don't like.

GEM Plumbing Company in Allen, certainly has the best plumber in this area. Stan is extremely professional and detailed in his work. I have recommended him to all our friends, and they are impressed. He has worked on our toilets, faucets and hot water heater. The hot water heater was an enormous job and this was completed in a timely manner. Every experience we have had with GEM Plumbing was completed with exceptional results. His customer service is the best!

Sink pop-up drain was jammed down. James looked at the problem, got it fixed, then tested the draining. He found the installing plumber had fouled the drain with putty when installing the sink drain.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing.
