Roto-Rooter came out on Easter Sunday to fix our kitchen sink that was backed up. I called and they were here within the hour. Dennis, did a great job repairing our kitchen sink drain. The price to repair was very fair too. We will be using Roto-Rooter again for any plumbing repairs. Thank you!

I had an emergency with my plumbing. I called 8 local companies before I was told to call Chad at Cole’s Plumbing. He came instantly. I really believe the good Lord above was watching over me!! He had to deal with a corroded pipe that was about to break and cause a tremendous amount of damage. It was NOT an easy fix. I watched him the entire time and recognized he knew exactly what he was doing

I just bought a house, and I called Hole in one plumbing to fix what the previous owner wouldn't. They met me at Home Depot to get my order, which was new toilets. I used Bruce’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning to clear our main sewer drain line and was very impressed. Bruce showed up exactly when he said he would, appeared professional and was very polite. Bruce cleared the line and charged me exactly what he said he would, which turned out to be significantly cheaper than the big companies I have used in the past in the Plano area. I highly recommend Bruce if you live in the Plano area, you will save a lot of money and hassle opposed to dealing with the bigger companies.

Like the owner said in one of the responses We're not for everyone. I guess i'm part of that select group. Couldn't get them to do a job for me. Twice in row. Started giving me info on how to do it myself. Two stars, cuz i had Micah over once and did good job replacing a faucet and shout off valves.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
